Location perfect - near train station and short walk to all the sights. Staff was amazing. Room spacious. Food was great. Special shout out to concierges - Joseph and Nigel for assistance in recovering luggage the airline delayed. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful hotel and absolutely Stunning venue. Cannot reccomend enough for those visiting that want the added touch of luxury to their stay. Central location, easy to get to and the rooms are exquisite.

Great hotel and location

Great hotel. Location is prefect from the station and so central for exploring York. Our room was clean and spacious. Space to chill in room after a day exploring. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel as really felt £30 per person was far too expensive.

Not a 5 star hotel. Uncomfortable bed with only one flat pillow. Room had a terrible smell in the evening of food being deep fried. And staff not overly friendly.
