The door to our room 218 wouldn’t lock and the thing that you lock from the inside. I sent my son downstairs to report the incident and it wasn’t handled properly but I will not spend another night there. The receptionist that checked us in was very friendly and she is God sent from heaven but the one that checked us out was the one that wasn’t so nice about the door situation but never again

Stay was just okay. The ice machine was broken on my floor and water was everywhere. The lady at the checkout was not very friendly. The room was clean but the bathroom did not have any soap.

NEVER stay here!!

Place is sooo disguising! The whole hotel had No water pressure , walls were so dirty! The sheets had hair in them, had to go to front desk and put new sheets on myself! Was told there was no management! Roaches in the lobby! I should have sleep in my car!

This was the worse hotel I have ever been. Could not stay drove home at 12:00 No hot water, mold, bugs and floor was dirty

1 no tv remote ( taken care of by front desk 2 bathroom needed a better cleaning. Bobbie pin in view in bathroom. 1/3 of roll of toilet paper with no replacement. One wash cloth only 2 towels. Very little water pressure ( maybe screens needed to be cleaned). 3 may have been some sickness in lobby that was not cleaned properly. 4 Breakfast was a disappointment no coffee or anything else really. Consisted of only toast bologna (been there a while) nothing else. 140.00. Not worth it at all.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at that had roaches crawling everywhere. Please review before booking any hotel. I’m so sorry I didn’t do that on this booking or I wouldn’t have not booked it.

They had mold on the walls, roaches all over an in the bed, bugs in the carpet. Room was gross an nasty. All the front desk did was write it down a said they would look at the room.

They started mowing at 7:00 am on a Sunday morning. The breakfast was a joke, no plates, no juice except warm lemon water that tasted like lemon rind. The breakfast variety was very limited to just a few egg and cheese things folded together, sausage patties, nothing other than white milk. I even told the desk clerk and the lady working the breakfast area that was watching television in the main entrance that it was a joke.

The shower did not work. The fridge had a terrible stench, it was unplugged and the outlet was not easy to access. The baggage cart was difficult to manuver. No TV remote in the fitness center.
