Lovely hotel right at the beginning of Zermat main avenue. Near the train station and walkable to all restaurants and stores. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are vey spacious and clean with a spectacular view of the alps. Will definitely stay there agin.

Lovely stay at the Hotel Butterfly. Free shuttle available to and from train station but also walkable. Breakfast as well as an afternoon tea were offered. Rooms were large including the bathroom. I would highly recommend.

Good Location

Location was excellent. Breakfast spread was very good. Room was clean. Strong sewage stink from our bathroom throughout our stay. Hotel staff tried with whatever resources they had. This was the most unpleasant experience during our stay. Housekeeping service was below standard. There were bits of garbage still after cleaning.

Excellent all round!!

This was an excellent experience in a 3* hotel. Staff in every department from inital check in until leaving and everything in between was superb. Breakfast had a great variety of foods and the welcoming cake and coffee etc, was a lovely gesture. Thank you all. I will certainly be reccomehding the Butterfly 🦋 ❤️
