Not a clean property and as advertised

The house is in a very remote location. It takes 25 minutes to get to a town. Very windy road up on a hill. The internet connection was horrible. The pool hadn’t been cleaned which is the highlight of the house as nothing else is nearby. The color was green with algae. The outdoor shower was broken. Overall a disappointing experience. The owners are nice and tried to give a partial credit. The agency still hasn’t given the full fee that was promised.
