Disappointing
My husband and I and our children stayed 3 nights at the cabin. I have used VRBO many times to book family trips and always had got my check in information either the night before or the morning of. I did not recieve any check in information. I messaged the host a few times before we headed there with no response. When we arrived around 6:30 we still had not heard from the host. There was no service and we could not get into the cabin. We had to drive back where there was service to contact VRBO. We finally got ahold of the host and she said she JUST sent the information. Check in is at 4 and we didnt get the information till almost 7. Then trying to get back on vacation mode i ran a bath in the beautiful tub.... The water heater apparently isnt big enough to fill up the soak tub. It ran out of hot water about 1/3 of the way full. Then it started draining. The tub was a dissapointment! There was food in the fridge and trash under the couch. The pillows on the master bed was horrible and so uncomfortable.. I would not recommend this cabin for the price we paid..
