Hotel was clean and close to a lot of stuff but beware they scam you with their pool towels saying that you didn’t turn them in, charge you $380 pesos per towel. If you like getting scammed this is the place you. Estafan aquí

Very unhappy with our stay in this Hotel. They failed to notify us it was under construction and our side of the building would be very noisy most of the day. Front desk staff very unproffesional and even rude at times. No food allowed in as they sold food and wanted you to consume theirs. Ended up gettinh a different room after several complaints as the noise was unbearable. Would not recommend

It was the worst property I have ever stayed at.. Staff was rude, Room didn’t have working A/C, notified front desk, they didn’t accommodate us in a different room. Checked out that same night I arrived! -0/10
