I contacted the hotel to let them know my flight was canceled and I’d be a couple days late. When I got here they had canceled my reservation

We got there and the Balcony door would close or lock,the safe did not work, the Wifi did not work, the room was not very clean. There was coffee spilled on the counter and the bathroom had something pink all over the counter. They fix the door and tried to fix the safe. The room next door the guests were very noisy. The repair guy was great. The restaurant charged us 230 pesos for a glass of wine. Not a bottle. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
