The resort is beautiful and staff is friendly! Food was great! The only negative was the staff checking you in and out are very unorganized. They forgot to give us our resort discounts tickets the first day, forgot to pick up my luggage the last morning and forgot to give me a ticket for transportation.

Absolutely awful experience. Our room reeked of sewage that was coming from the outside of the hotel, there was a dead cockroach outside of my room for 2 days after asking someone to dispose of it, the jetted tub had visible black mildew in the jets, and the plunge pool was freezing and not work the extra spend because it was not useable. The staff were nice, however having someone on my balcony at 6 AM cleaning the plunge pool screaming to another worker-not ideally what I’d call appropriate. The food was also below my expectations. Everything was quite disgusting minus the omelet station for breakfast and the hibachi restaurant (it’s hard to screw that up). I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone and quite frankly would have not paid for my stay had I not prepaid with Expedia. I would have left and went elsewhere.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The beach area was nice. The restaurants were not very good. The buffet was just horrible with limited choices, the smallest buffet I have encountered at an all inclusive. While the food at the restaurants was below average and they did not take reservations so sometimes wait time to be seated was an hour. After this experience would not stay at a Dreams property.

Good hotel ,amazing beach No recommend visitors using MTS for excursions,there are hidden payment and fake promises for refund I would recommend using agency which really organise trip Exinok,discover Cancun etc

The restaurants were awesome, but did note that a few were closed on certain nights limiting the options. There were also private parties in some areas ( hot tub, two restaurants) which limited accessibility to those areas for which I had already paid for as part of this resort. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
