"BEWARE of booking a room that may have a handicapped bathroom. It will NOT be up to the standard of what you are paying for - plastic and broken sliding doors, incredibly uncomfortable toilet that sprays water when flushing. The room may very likely be next to the spa/gym where music or conversations carry into yours and there’s poor ventilation. Lights were flickering in our room and the glasses had stains/smudges. The facilities and rest of staff are lovely but worst part of it all is the reservation managers have absolutely no tact when it comes to customer service — they will dodge you when trying to complain and once they have your money, they will be absolutely unaccommodating with zero care in the world, even if you are an upset and crying pregnant woman."
