"Positives:
- Room was clean and spacious.
- There was well functioning air conditioning.
- Location was also good and central.
- Free minibar drinks was a nice bonus.
Improvement areas:
- The bed was uneven so I slept on one side.
- I was disappointed to be placed in a ground floor room as the hotel was fully booked so there was limited natural light in my room. I’d recommend requesting a room on the upper floors before booking.
- The reception staff weren’t very friendly and could improve in their customer service overall.
- For a 4 star hotel, I’d expect distinct shampoo as well as conditioner in the room. There was only a joint shampoo/body wash."
