"The pool was full of leaves, the bathroom had a lot of mold and very unkept, the shower head was also full of lime. The room had no coffee maker or a mini fridge. The pictures on the website are very deceiving. I would honestly not recommend this place to any of my friends/family."

"The hotel is beautiful, rooms very very comfortable and spacious, breakfast was included and it was delicious, lunch and dinner for a price that it was decent. All meals delicious. Room service is also available. The resort is across the street to buy the tickets for the Maya ruins, then they will transport you to the entrance. Very convenient location. Make sure to bring enough Mexican pesos, we had credit card and dollars but many vendors outside the resort do not accept credit cards or dollars so I couldn’t buy a couple of souvenirs that I like. Fortunately you can take a taxi and go to Banco Azteca to change money. We are definitely going back and bring the whole family with us. Thank you to Juan Antonio our waiter for the excellent service provided to us and others as I was able to observe while he was attending other guests, and Sarai that was always attentive to have the restaurant tables ready."
