"really enjoyed my stay, room was very clean and in great condition and quiet as well. staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet looked great although I did not have anything. My only complaint is that there was no kettle in the room. For a short stay, highly recommended. For a longer stay the room might be a little small. "

"Rooms were well kept but small. Design was minimalistic. Not sure if this is a standard thing in London or not. The building seemed to be purpose built and not an older one. You walked directly into the bathroom area. There was no dresser. Just a desk built into a corner. The clothes closet had the luggage shelf built in. But barely enough room to open a large suitcase We had to manage our two nights stay by leaving our things in our suitcases. Removing what we needed for each day. Employees were friendly and accommodating. But servers in the restaurant were similar to other servers in Europe. They seemed to be more apt to serve you your order and then disappear. If there was something else you needed, you had to wait and wait. Location was within walking distance of many things to see in London. If I’m planning to visit London again I may explore other properties."
