The absolute best thing is the outstanding customer service. They make you feel like family from the minute you get there, they are just wonderful! The free breakfast is also great, comfy rooms, they are always kind & funny & fantastic, we want to go back!

The interaction with the hotel right from making the booking set the tone of how excellent they take customer service and how important their customers are. The bed was really comfortable and the room including the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was of good quality and freshly prepared. Service was with a smile which was lovely. The hotel takes security and safety seriously which is reassuring with me being a solo traveller. I couldn't fault my stay and hope to be back to stay very soon.
