Much smaller than I anticipated. Room was very hot. Ceiling fan helped. Bathroom was extremely clean. Not sure what was going on with the bedding. I seemed to itch at night. Overall the hotel was okay and a convenient location. Don’t think I would stay again.

Staff very helpful, polite and friendly. The reception is 24 hours. The breakfast is cooked to order and is simple good food. The location is close to the river and a short walk from Pimlico station with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The showers and bathrooms are good.

The room was perfect for a solo traveler. Great location, close to Victoria and Pimlico Station. Great breakfast in the mornings served by the most friendly staff. This is my 2nd stay at this property and it won't be my last.

The hotel is in a good location. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There is no lift, but the hotel contacted me in advance so that I was aware of this. It was not a problem for me.

Staff I believe are the owners. They serve breakfast every morning. They are very hospitable, friendly and nice. They get to know you and they tell their stories too. They treat you like friends or family. They give you everything you need. The only problem I had was the room was hot but before I booked I knew that there was no air conditioning. I just didn’t expect that it will be that hot even if there was a fan and it is fall season already.

Rooms are extremely small. Showers do not fit people taller than 5’5, barely any space to move. No elevator. You have to carry your own suitcase. They tried to make improvements, but it does not look anything like in the pictures.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! We selected the property for it's proximity to the Victoria Coach Station, as we needed to get there for a transfer to Southampton for a cruise. The hotel room was perfect for the 4 of us - clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast and lovely staff. We were convenient to the Hop On Hop Off bus and many dining options. The area was fun and safe to walk. We would definitely stay again the next time our travels take us to London.

It served our purpose for a short stay in London. Our room was in the lower level just beside the breakfast area, so a lot of noise early in the morning, but helped not to miss the breakfast. Nothing special, but the coffee, toast and eggs were a quite a bonus to begin the day. I did not see any elevators (certainly not to the lower level, so please keep in mind if you are travelling with suit cases as might end up carrying it up and down on a narrow steep staircase. We travelled with back packs, so no issues for us.

Perfect stay at the Luna Simone, I was a solo traveller and stayed in the single room on the top floor, it was ideal and very clean with a comfy bed. Breakfast included, it was tasty and a great way to start the day.It was in good walking distance of all the main attractions, Buckingham palace, Westminster abbey and big Ben, alternatively there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. Handy little shops to get snacks and places to eat also in the area of the hotel. I'll be sure to stay at the Luna Simone again if I get the opportunity to visit London again. Thank you to the staff who were all so friendly and helpful!

Very friendly, made you feel very cared for. The location is excellent for getting to the major sights in London. Only downside was the inability to get fresh air in the room at night. Room got a bit stuffy.
