"The hotel and its amenities are just fine. Nothing exceptional because it’s like any other hotel. I requested for daily cleaning as we stayed for 5 days. The first day I had it cleaned, it was good. But on the succeeding days, I noticed that it was only the bed that was being fixed and our towel getting changed. The toilet seat, floor and lavatory was wiped hurriedly because I can still see some dirt we left behind. The floor in the room itself as was even vacuumed. The room is small. I requested for an upgrade to a bigger room, but unfortunately the hotel is fully booked. The bed sheets weren’t changed the whole 5 days we were there. For the breakfast buffet, food was not good. Meat served everyday was tough. All other viands are bland. It was their omelette, fruits and bread that made survive my morning. The hotel sprays a certain scent to make the hallway and rooms smell like fresh but it actually doesn’t. The SPA massage was not that perfect that you want to have it again during our 5 day stay. What is great is the location. The hotel is just 2 minutes walk to the beach. The Mediterranean restaurant nearby offers great food. There are several 24/7 marts is also a plus. Several SPA and massage places around the area. Overall, I find it just fine, anyway, we have been using the hotel room for sleeping as we go out every single day for sightseeing. Staff were friendly and accommodating."

"From arrival the staff we're welcoming and kind, the room was always cleaned well, the breakfast was always good. Location was perfect for the beach and close to restaurants and shops as well as good for trip pickups. Also the view from the bar and pool is amazing. Would definitely recommend to all to stay here. Respect to the cleaners, catering staff, reception & concierge and all the staff who make the place what it is."

"Staff was super friendly but the policies in place really stopped them from being accommodating. I ordered grab food/used a laundry delivery service and they weren’t allowed to bring up the food & I had to ask several times for them to bring the laundry up. They also advertised free water bottles but didn’t mention that they’d charge you after 2. Vietnam is very hot and 2/3 other hotels I’ve been to have me unlimited water bottles Also there was very loud construction going on right outside my window all through the night and it really picked up from 4-6AM The spa however was AMAZING!!"
