Good stay with a great , quiet room. Service and breakfast excellent. However, there was an issue with housekeeping, being left only 1 towel between 2 adults twice, the first time being left a dirty towel. We told reception who quickly sorted the issue.

A great welcoming comfortable stay
I stay frequently in hotels in Europe and absolutely loved this one the quality of the hotel and the room is unbelievable for the price. The service and experience from all the staff is incredible. Large spacious well designed rooms and a quality bed and pillows, perfect.

TrÚs bien localisé sur la marina avec une belle vue du restaurant et une terrasse sympa. Sauna, salle de sport pratique et piscine relativement grande pour un hotel. " On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold. Coffee and tea were not refilled, which is disappointing for a 4-star hotel where better service and cleanliness are expected."
