"Disappointing. The room was lovely as well as the pools however sadly the staff were not friendly as mentioned in other reviews and we often felt ignored or like they were not interested. There wasn’t much of an atmosphere in the day and it just felt a bit flat. The hotel is a bit off the beaten track ensure you hire a car and fly to Cagliari Airport. The casual restaurant food was mediocre however the formal restaurant food was very nice! "

The shower light was not working so we showered in the dark. We booked the prestige superior sea view room. In the photos online there is a balcony to sit and enjoy the ocean. Our room was directly above the restaurant (loud) and had only partial ocean view. There was no balcony to sit outside. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The food was just okay. We had to find someone in the morning for coffee. The hotel is outdated. I would not stay here again. "

We didn't use the paddling pool as it closes early evening for the pizzeria to open. Limited free parking. Friendly and mostly helpful staff. "

However, overall service leaves a lot to be desired; staff were inattentive at the bar around the pool and during breakfast time. The "hot" breakfast items were cold, the cold items took a while to get replenished and overall the choice wasn't great. "
