The staff was amazing. They helped my 80 year old get a bath mat for her shower and they were all around very helpful. Room service was great. The concierge helped us with getting around town when we needed it and the free breakfast each morning was amazing. They were doing some renovating so it was quite loud at times but it was a great stay overall.
