I liked the natural effect of the property. I didn’t like that the room was inferior to what was pictured online and that they did not utilize the grounds. Got example it would be nice to havw evening entertainment in outdoor dining areas. The casino was nice but often the machine didn’t accurately award winnings when combination was made. Food was not up to standard.

La Palm Royal Beach Hotel Accra has such a beautiful facility by the beach. The grounds are really nice, the staff always ready to help, especially Juliet at the front desk and Samson at the restaurant. Big problem with the hotel - everything is dilapidated. It is screaming for capital infusion. Maintenance is awful. Its a real shame that such a nice facility has been allowed to run down this much. Real shame

property was beautiful. pool well maintained. breakfast buffet delicious. reception staff who are first impressions upon entrance were unwelcoming to hotel. made very bad first impression on me and guest. no change when we checked out

We loved the restaurant, our waiter was amazing and very attentive. The initial check in was a little rough. I had a question about the twin bed verses the queen. And the lady at the front desk seemed to be irritated with my question. She showed me a room, but very reluctantly.
