owner needs to invest in his or her property

carpets were worn and dirty. The room had tile mssing from the floorboards. It just looked like they weren't maintaining the property up to IHG standards.

Alabaster Stay

Very clean; staff was gracious and offered excellent choices for dinner; gave us extra coffees when we asked. The only “bad” thing: they need to have their elevator technician work the timing on the door closure for the elevator. It almost knocked my wife down twice (we are both a little slow due to our ages). Not only was it quick to close, but it was powerful enough that other guests commented on it.
