A short 25-minute walk will take you to the old town of Alcudia, which has become very popular in recent years and is one of the most beautiful on the island. I went to visit my relatives in Alcudia and I found this flat to stay in, from where I could telework without any problem, besides I loved being able to go for a walk and enjoy the beach with my girlfriend. Very comfortable flat

Spacious flat, very clean and very comfortable! Despite the popular streets, it was very quiet and we were able to relax. We used the large terrace a lot for breakfast and dinner. The village and the harbour are only a few minutes away by car. Alcudia is a beautiful historic old town. There is a lot to discover and several good restaurants. The harbour also has numerous restaurants overlooking the sea and a large sandy beach. What more could you want? Everything was great, many thanks to the team.

Les plus :- la proximité de la mer et de tous les commerces- la propreté et le parfait état de l’ensemble - le rapport qualité / prixLes moins :- la terrasse commune à 3 appartements- la climatisation seulement dans le séjour - les équipements pour cuisiner inexistants ! Pas de plat allant au four. Un seul saladier. Trop peu de verres. 7 placards dans la cuisine : vides !- communication seulement possible avec la centrale de réservation, pas le propriétaire.- pas d’état des lieux- sécurité minimale : une seule serrure légère pour toute fermeture.En conclusion : je recommande pour 3 personnes maximum.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Alcudia dans ce logement. L'épicerie pâtisserie juste à côté est délicieuse !!! Il y a également un supermarché à proximité. Le logement était propre, spacieux et assez calme en cette saison.

Zunächst konnten wir nicht sofort einchecken wie vereinbart. Dann stand in der Beschreibung, dass es 2 Badezimmer hat (1 en-suite und 1 mit Badewanne). Leider hatte es keine Badewanne, sondern nur eine kleine dreckige Dusche, die scheinbar noch nie geputzt wurde. Als wir die Dusche putzen wollten, ist der Duschkopf abgefallen. Weiterhin konnten wir die Fenster nicht öffnen, weil dort Hornissennester waren. Die Wohnung war zwar schön groß und hatte eine super Lage, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt hier nicht, da es nicht sauber war und nicht gepflegt war und die Küchenausstattung war auch sehr überschaubar. Positiv war jedoch, dass die Agentur immer erreichbar war und schnell auf Probleme reagiert hat!

Wir haben ein Auto gemietet, um zur Wohnung zu gelangen, haben aber im Nachhinein festgestellt, dass es in den Sommermonaten auch einen Regionalbus gibt, der direkt vom Flughafen fast vor der Haustür der Ferienwohnung hält. Jedoch gab es kein Problem, einen Parkplatz zu finden, es war immer einer in der Nähe. Auch zum Einkaufen braucht man das Auto nicht, denn es gibt einen Eroski-Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür. Der traumhafte Strand und sein türkisfarbenes Meer gegenüber ist der Höhepunkt. Die Wohnung ist groß und man hat genügend Platz, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir haben auch gut geschlafen. Und die Terrasse ist gemütlich, um etwas zu trinken oder zu essen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Dankeschön und freundliche Grüsse Bettina

Diese Wohnung zeichnet sich durch die Nähe zum Strand aus, sie ist sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und können sie nur empfehlen. La terraza es amplia y perfecta para relajarse al aire libre, el aire acondicionado en el salòn garantiza una estancia agradable incluso en los días más calurosos. Encontramos el piso muy limpio y organizado, además el equipo de Home Villas nos recibe con una cesta de Bienvenida. Tambièn resaltamos que el piso se encuentra cerca de la playa.
