Amazing value for money

The apartment is perfect if you’d like to stay close to everything without too much noise! Clean, well equipped and definitely very accurate from the ad. Beach is a short walk away, so is the many restaurants and cafes. Supermarket is close by, literally everything you could want is close. If anything at all can be improved, the bathroom lock is a bit hard to turn and makes a lot of noise and if the bidet hasn’t been used for a while there will be some smell coming from it. This is easily fixed by running the water for a few minutes. All in all the experience was great and I’d definitely recommend this apartment!

Had an excellent month in Mary Alcudia.

We loved staying in the apartment with the sun on the harbour every morning. Spacious, an excellent well equipped kitchen, a lovely welcome pack, plenty of hot water. Great heating, ac and washing. We had an excellent stay, but here are some small things that might help future guests: There's a small amount of black on the wall (mould?) in the first bedroom. The drain in the bathroom smells - we've used a lot of bleach on it, but not sure if it has helped. The seal on the oven is broken - looks like it has been repaired already, but I am worried the heat is escaping and melting the controls! For people staying 4 weeks, please consider providing more toilet and cleaning supplies. There is a buzzing noise every few minutes at night - probably from la cantena kitchen - would be amazing if you could stop that somehow. The door to the apartment is hard to close - noisy for other apartments. The door to the bathroom is hard to lock. The light bulb in the corridor above the lift door needs replacing. The door at the front of la cantena entrance is sticky - it does not close well - would be nice to fix this. (The waiters in la cantena can explain). The patio furniture needs replacing, especially the sun loungers. A second set of keys would be nice.

Tout le nécessaire y était , la cuisine est bien équipée , les chambres étaient bien , le balcon avec sa vue exceptionnelle, malheureusement nous avons reçu un projectile émanant d un locataire du 4 étage qu’est tombé sur le pare soleil et heureusement y a pas eu de blessés , tout autour y avait des parkings gratuit ..sincèrement moi et la famille ont aimé l appartement et son emplacement.. c est parfait .. un 10/10

Unkompliziert kamen wir an den im Schlüsselkasten hinterlegten Schlüssel für die Wohnung. Diese war blitzsauber und mit allem versehen, was man sich wünschen konnte. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet. Ein Willkommensgruß mit Wein, Saft, Plätzchen und mehr stand für uns bereit. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist fantastisch!Die Lage ist absolut super!

Schöne Lage, nette Begrüßung mit Obst und Wein, Wohnung Optimierungsbedarf

Türen nicht winddicht, zu Terrasse nichtmals abschließbar. Wohnung ist also immer offen. Es zieht durch den Kamin, dadurch ist es kaum warm zu bekommen. Nicht für sechs Personen ausgestattet, zu wenig Besteck, nur zwei Sonnenliegen, keine große Pfanne zum Kochen, Spülmaschine von innen rostig, Dichtung Kühlschrank defekt. Erstes Schlafzimmer: Fenster in den Fahrstuhlschacht, extrem laut, muffiger Geruch, Füße am Bettgestell locker, nur ein Nachtschränkchen für zwei Betten. Erstes Bad: starker Abflussgeruch, Fenster zum Fahrstuhlschacht, Dusche renovierungsbedürftig, Duschkopf für große Menschen viel zu tief, Schrank aufgequollen. Zweites Bad: Nur über Balkon erreichbar, Schrank aufgequollen. Sofa defekt, durchgesessen, Kissen defekt. Aus der Anzeige geht nicht hervor, dass das erste Schlafzimmer nicht über ein Tageslichtfenster verfügt! Ich hätte die Wohnung bei der Info nicht gebucht!! Haus insgesamt sehr hellhörig und die Nachbarn sind laut. Ohropax sind zu empfehlen.
