'The Shell II' is a cozy and romantic apartment with sea views ideal for couples. But it is also a perfect choice for families with children because of the proximity to the beach and thanks to the pool located at the back of the building, next to Lake Esperanza. It is located opposite the main artery that crosses the port of Alcudia which offers many entertainment options and attractions for children and parents.



"The Shell II" is a duplex apartment on the third and fourth floors of the 'Concha del Lago' building, with perfect sea views from the terrace and views of the lake from the sunset from the bedrooms. On the ground floor we have a perfect pool next to the lake 'Esperanza Lake' with the afternoon sun.



Just 150 meters away we have one of the most beautiful and natural areas of the beautiful beach of Alcudia, the largest sandy beach in the Balearic Islands. The white sand of the beach and the natural shadow of the pine forest will impress you. Undoubtedly, this accommodation offers a multitude of options for a happy holiday



'The Shell II' has 2 bedrooms. The main one is a cozy bedroom with three single beds and a huge window with a privileged view to the Bay of Alcudia and its fine sand beach, the longest of all Mallorca. From here the sunrise is simply spectacular. This bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub.



The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two beds of 90 x 190 cm. And ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.



There is a cozy, fully equipped kitchen that opens to the living room where the sofa area and the covered dining area are located. In the room we find a television with international channels and the router with WIFI internet connection.



The best area of ​​this apartment is the terrace where you can enjoy most of the time. It's just great. Great panoramic sea views to the beach of Alcudia (you can actually see the entire Bay of Alcudia) and overlooking the canal of Lake Esperanza. On this terrace of 12 square meters, we have an outdoor dining area and a couple of sun loungers to enjoy the Mediterranean sun, enjoy the views and breathe the sea breeze.



The main shopping street of Puerto de Alcudia, Pere Mas i Reus, is just 200 meters from 'The Shell 2'. There you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, water parks and many other places offering recreational activities.



The small fishing port and yacht harbor of Alcudiamar is 2 km away, where you can find fresh fish restaurants as well as dozens of shops. There is also an easy parking area free of charge.



Outdoor facilities: The best thing about this location is the luxury of being right on Majorca's largest beach, in a quiet area and having a large pool overlooking Esperanza Lake. A fabulous condo in the perfect location!

The Shell II condo was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated being a block from the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants, terrific views, a spacious balcony, access to a pool, all with the comforts of home. The juice, champagne and fruit were a wonderful welcome. It was a nice surprise to find beach umbrellas and a chair for use so we didn't have to rent shade. The owner was gracious to drop off an extra fan and beach towels, a sign of true hospitality. The decor was lovely and comfortable for our family. The unit was perfect and we were thankful for the space while being so close to everything! Thanks for going the extra mile to give us a great stay! The only drawback to the unit was the condition of the building. While the condo is terrific, clean, and updated, the building itself could use some maintenance. However, it didn't bother us too much because the unit itself was well maintained.

Buena ubicacion pero anticuado

Las fotos no guardan relacion con el estado actual del apartamento, los baños sobretodo. Se nota en la vivienda y tambien en el edificio, las zonas comunes están descuidadas. Por otro lado, la ubicación esta muy bien y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue buena.

Excellente situation à quelques pas de la plage. La vue est grandiose. La terrasse est bien orientée, à l’ombre à partir de 13h30. L’appartement est très bien équipé, le lave linge est un vrai plus. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Le seul bémol reste le bruit de la route qui ne permet pas de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes.

Y el cuidado en general del apartamento (muchas bombillas y luz que no funcionan, sofá muy viejo y incómodo, cubiertos y ustensiles en la cocina insuficiente, pintura del techo muy dañada después de una caída de agua…). El edificio también está bastante viejo, se ve mucho en comparación de la otra parte del mismo edificio a la izquierda (azulejos rotos, estado de la piscina y de los tumbonas, de los ascensores…)

Sorry , alles was vuil de muren waren zwart van de schimmel . De koelkast was zwart van de schimmel , daar ze niet werkte . De oven werkte niet en de verwarming werkte ook niet .

Dårligt vedligeholdt

Ok lejlighed, men ikke noget godt køkken. Man kan ikke lave aftensmad til 4 personer. Konstant støj fra meget benyttet vej lige nedenfor lejligheden. Selv om natten var der meget trafik. Udvendig vedligehold af bygning og udenomsarealer er IKKE eksisterende. Pool er ellers dejlig, men området omkring har ikke været vedligeholdt i flere år. Bare en ting som liggestole er så slidte, at de dårligt kan benyttes. I forhold til prisen bør man kunne forvente betydeligt mere. Beliggenhed i forhold til strand er god - og det er derfor den for 2 stjerner. Ikke en lejlighed vi vil anbefale.
