Can Singa - Charming country house with pool in Alcúdia, Mallorca

Beautiful country house with swimming pool in rural area, very close to the town and the beautiful beaches of Alcúdia and Playa de Muro.



The Finca, about 7000 m2, is in a very quiet rural area. The garden and the outdoor area have abundant vegetation and trees, giving it a pleasant and shady environment, ideal for children to enjoy playing in full contact with nature.

The swimming pool is just in front of the house, it´s spacious and very comfortable, surrounded by a terrace with its sun loungers and the porch.



Inside, the house is comfortable and functional. Downstairs, there is the kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need, a small living room . and one bedroom with air condition and a bathroom. Upstairs, there's the master bedroom with air conditioning and a king size bed. Next to it a living room with comfortable sofas. Both rooms have beautiful views of the mountains and the countryside.

There is a small annex attached to the house with a separate entrance through a door located on the same porch in front of the pool. There you will find a small bathroom with a shower.



As points to highlight, the rural and quiet area where it is located, but in turn, the proximity to the town (about 5 - 7 minutes by car). A rental car is necessary and recommended.

it's a beautiful villa, in a great location. The pool is fantastic and the aircon is very powerful. There are many beautiful beaches within a short drive. The host was very kind and made us feel at home. I would highly recommend the villa and hope to return in the future.

had a brilliant stay

My family (including 2x teenage children) stayed for 2 weeks in August 2023 and had a brilliant stay. The villa is just as advertised and is situated only a 10min drive from Alcudia old town. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and the salt water swimming pool was a god-send on the hot days. There are several shaded areas around the villa which enabled us to eat in the shade at any time of the day. Our host was brilliant checking in that we were ok and making sure there were no problems. We really recommend staying here and will look to stay again soon. Thanks for a brilliant holiday!!!

Gemütlich eingerichtete Finca mit einem angebauten Wintergarten und spektakulärer Aussicht über die Berge.Ein separates Häuschen zum duschen und chillen nach dem Pollbesuch ist vorhanden .Trotz der ländlichen Lage sind Strände und Städte mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar .Matheo der Vermieter ist ein sehr netter Herr der keine Wünsche unerfüllt lässt .Der Service vor Ort ist perfekt .Unbedingt Mückenschutz ins Gepäck .Wir kommen gerne wieder .

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Alles war wie beschrieben. Das einzig unschöne waren die Ameisen die in der Küche waren, sobald man mal etwas zu essen auf der Ablage liegen lies. Hierfür hat uns Mateo aber auch direkt ein Mittel gebracht, welches das Problem weitestgehend behoben hat. Alles in allem würden wir nochmal wiederkommen :)

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und war zweimal dort um uns zu begrüßen und alles zu erklären. Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten die Unterkunft zu finden, da der Link oft einen anderen Ort angegeben hat. Die Unterkunft ist recht abgelegen, sodass man viel Ruhe hat und die Hauptstraße ist nicht weit. Innerhalb weniger Minuten konnte man viele Orte erreichen. Leider waren zu dem Zeitpunkt (Mitte Oktober) sehr viele Mücken dort. Abends konnten wir nicht mehr draußen sitzen, weil wir komplett zerstochen wurden.

Eine schöne Finca mit tollem großen Salzwasser-Pool

Eine schöne Finca mit tollem großen Salzwasser-Pool. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, jedoch wie das Mobiliar insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Man sieht an vielen Stellen Abnutzungserscheinungen. Ebenso im Bad. Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Die Betten hatten gute Matratzen. Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die zusätzliche große Kühlgefrierkombination hat uns über die heißen gerettet. Gefreut hat uns auch die Waschmaschine, die leicht und einwandfrei zu bedienen war. Ein kleinerHinweis zur Privatsphäre: Es gibt eine gemeinsame Zufahrt, die auch von der Tochter der Vermieter genuzt wird, die direkt hinter der Finca wohnt. Dort wo der Weg sich teilt, steht ein Carport neben dem Einfahrbereich zum Haus, der täglich von Familienangehörigen zum Parken genutzt wird. Vom Carport hat man einen ungehinderten Zugang zum Grundstück (kein Zaun) und einen guten Einblick auf den Pool- und Terrasenbereich. Darüber haben wir den Vermieter informiert.

Eine schöne kleine Unterkunft. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Ist nur leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Und die klimaanlagen könnte man anders verteilen. Ansonsten ist es sehr schön und mit dem pool total toll!

Das Haus ist sehr schön, aber aus meiner Sicht in keinem guten Zustand. Vor allem das Bad gehört dringend renoviert. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zu vorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit.
