The house is distributed on two floors, on the ground floor we find the hall with dining room, living room, equipped kitchen with access to a small terrace with a bathroom
Upstairs two very spacious bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed with access to a terrace, both share a bathroom with bath
The house is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, Central heating by radiators (included in the price).
The house is located in a pedestrian area, less than 100 meters from restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy and a supermarket just 400 meters away, there is public parking at 100 meters.
The nearest beach is Es Barcarés, Morer Vermell a only 1.5 km. The beach of Puerto de Alcudia is 1.7 km away
