We enjoyed our stay very much, being in the centre of the old town added to our enjoyment the only slight problem was with parking as you can only park on one side of the road in one or two designated spaces dependant upon which month it is. We would still revisit this house again.

Sehr, sehr schöne Wohnung gleich hinter den Mauern von Alcudia. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für eine Auszeit braucht Wer Mallorquinesches wohnen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Haben uns s.. wohl gefühlt, Danke für die kleine Aufmerksamkeit Unterkunft hat mehr als nur 5 Sterne verdient

Emplacement idéal

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette belle maison. L'emplacement était idéal : à mi-chemin entre les plages, Pollença, Fromentor… et se balader le soir dans les ruelles d'Alcudia était un plaisir ! Maison très agréable avec petit patio idéal pour les déjeuners. Adapté à notre garçon de 3 ans. Je recommande !

Erst mal war der Empfang über die agevrzr super. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Haus selber ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Lediglich ein Punkt Abzug weil uns persönlich paar Sachen in der Einrichtung gefehlt haben, wie zum Beispiel Strandtücher und paar weitere Küchenutensilien. Aber sonst Top. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

We huurden deze woning met 2 personen. dat was erg ruim. De keukentafel bood plaats voor 4 personen, zo ook de terrastafel. Voor 6 personen lijkt mij dat een beetje krap. Bij binnenkomst lag er fruit in de fruitschaal, en stond er water en wat beleg in de koelkast. De handdoeken waren werkelijk top! Enige wat we misten was een waterkoker, voor een snel kopje thee.

grosszügige Zimmer, gute Lage, gute und umfangreiche Ausstattung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Aufteilung passt wunderbar und der Aussenplatz mit Grill und Sonnenschutz fanden wir genial. Bis auf wenige Nachbarn (durchgehend Musik die ganze Nacht) und ständigem Verkehr in der engen Altstadt ist die Umgebung sehr ruhig und angenehm. Negativ war ebenfalls, dass wir uns als Familie mit einem kleinen Kind (einjährig) angemeldet hatten, jedoch keinen Kindersitz oder Kinderbett vorhanden war. Ansonsten sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nahe und zu Fuss hervorragend erreichbar, gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls reichlich im sehr nahen Zentrum der Altstadt vorhanden (für alle Geschmacksrichtungen etwas vorhanden...). Wir fanden die Wohnung sehr toll und empfehlen diese gerne weiter!

Très bon séjour malgré une chaleur étouffante

La maison est tout à fait conforme aux photos. Très propre, spacieuse tout est penser pour 1 agréable séjour. Il ne manque absolument rien. Nous étions 2 couples avec 2 enfants et la grandeur était parfaite. Très bien situé dans le centre d'alcudia proche de la mer mais il faut qd même avoir 1 voiture. Agence très sérieux et professionnelle. Je recommande cette propriété plus plus plus.

Byhuset svarede helt til vore forventninger. Ideelt til 2 modne par. Midt i den "Gamle By" Skønt.

Vi ønskede at bo i den "Gamle By" i Alcudia og havde det som udgangspunkt. Under vort ophold kørte vi i en lejet bil til østkysten - hvor vi så drypstenshulerne i Porto Christo og hele kysten ned til Porto Christo. En helddagsturs til Palma med byrundfarten samt en tur til Soller. Forøvrigt skuffende,at det koster 2 x 7 euro for at køre med en sporvogn. Det var ikke pengene værd. Men et dejligt torv i Soller med godt miljø og god mad til rimelige penge. Bjergkørslen til Soller var fantastisk. Alt i alt en rigtig god ferie, som vi gerne vil anbefale til andre.

Schönes Haus in der Altstadt

Schnelle, gute Abwicklung/ ein schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus, nur ein wenig dunkel und kalt (Heizkosten für zwei Wochen etwa 70-80 Euro)/ gute Lage (mitten in der Altstadt)/Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Stadtmauer/Supermarkt & Drogerie Müller in der Nähe (5-10 Minuten zu Fuß).
