Our vacation home Casa Paqui is a very popular vacation home, located in Puerto de Alcudia, just a few minutes walking from one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca, Alcudia Beach. Casa Paqui has become one of our most popular homes, not only for its excellent location, but also for having everything necessary to make your vacation unforgettable.



The house has a 9m x 4m pool at the foot of a charming wooden porch that shades a large table with 6 chairs for enjoying barbecues during summer nights or the 6 loungers around the pool, for sunbathing. In the front of the house is another covered terrace, with another table with 6 chairs next to a ping pong table.



The interior of the house is very well cared for and lovingly decorated by Paqui, its owner. They have a large living-dining room, with a chaise longue sofa to rest and watch television and a table also for 6 people. The kitchen is independent from the living room and is perfectly equipped.



In addition, they have 4 bedrooms: one with a double bed and a bathroom with an en-suite shower, another with two single beds and a third with a single bed. Additionally, there is another bathroom with an independent shower.



The house has all the amenities, such as air conditioning in all rooms, WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The rooms are decorated with love, the house exudes comfort.



Electricity according to consumption 0.25 euros/Kwh. Deposit 100 euros/week.



The eco-tax and deposit are not included in the price. They must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Superbes vacances

TrÚs jolie maison , confortable et bien équipée, Paqui est adorable , aux petits soins, et trÚs réactive en cas de besoin. La propriété est conforme à l'annonce, nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour.

Lovely Casa

Absolutely as described, lovely property, great location. Walking distance to excellent bakery, shops, good restaurants and the beach. The private pool was so good to just dip in an out of. The BBQ is great, we cooked wonderful fresh fresh and prawns from the market. Would highly recommend this property. Lovely to meet the owner, so welcoming and friendly - it felt like a personal service.

Eine wunderschöne Woche

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles was man braucht. Leider ist die Umgebung sehr Hundelastig ,was man leider auch gut hört. Der Pool ist mega zum spaß haben und relaxen, ein Supermarkt (Eroski) ist quasi um die Ecke und grillabenden steht nichts im Weg. Der Hafen als auch der Strand sind knappe 10/15 Gehminuten entfernt. Was wir besonders super fanden war ein „Tor“ welches den Pool etwas separiert hat,sehr Kinderfreundlich. Angela ist super freundlich und IPM hat zu jeder Zeit mit Rat und tat zur Seite gestanden. Wir hatten eine super schöne Woche als Familie.

Clean and spacious, if a little old school

Spacious property that was really clean. Some of the furniture is a tad jaded and some of the rooms a bit dark. We enjoyed the pool, barbecue and table tennis table but would have liked more sunny areas to sunbathe in. There is adequate access to shops and bars and it's a 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach .... And what a beach! Stunning and gorgeous for swimming. We had a real problem with mosquitoes, probably because of the nearby canals etc, so bring repellent with you. We were late arriving and it was a bit tricky finding the agents office in the dark, even with a map, and the deposit process is a bit clunky. However, the agents and owner were all very friendly. Overall we had a nice holiday, thank you.

Beautiful Villa

The villa was fantastic! The photos don't do it justice. It was lovely and clean, and comfortable, and very well equipped. The pool was lovely and it was a great location. The owner was lovely and friendly, and made us feel very welcome. We managed to lock ourself out the house on the first day and they were there super quick to let us back in. Fabulous stay, and would definitely recommend

Great villa

Villa was great - spacious with small utility room which was really handy. Pool was clean and plenty big enough for the five of us. Met the owner on arrival and on our leaving day who couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Ideal property office was interesting - we had to ask our taxi to stop off there first to fill out forms, pay and collect key. They made a mistake with our villa price which was rectified but the figures were slightly different to when we first booked with Home Away - (additional tax and deposit). Did email them for some advice during our stay but they didn’t reply! However the villa and owners were great and would recommend (few cockroaches though!)

Es war zu Fuß etwas weiter entfernt als beschrieben zum Strand. Der Pool war klasse. Der Strand wunderbar. FĂŒr eine Reise mit Kindern ideal.

Alles da aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen..

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern da und hatten eine schöne Zeit bis sich die erste Kackerlacke zeigte. Die Kinder wollten vortan nicht mehr in Ihrem Zimmer schlafen und schliefen dann auf der Couch. Die EigentĂŒmerin lies uns dann ein Ungeziefermittel da damit wir selbst auf die Jagd gehen konnten. Der Pool wurde tĂ€glich und gerne benutzt. Das Haus ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und vor allem die Einrichtung mĂŒĂŸte mal komplett getauscht werden. Die Betten sind durchweg eine Katastrophe und alles mĂŒffelt ein bischen. Jede Nacht ein Hundegebelle in der Nachbarschaft tat sein ĂŒbriges. Gut war der Grill und die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien und auch die KĂŒchenausstattung. Preis Leistung na ja..

Schönes Haus fĂŒr Urlaub mit (Klein)kindern

Wir waren 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern im Alter von 9 Monaten bis 4 Jahren. DafĂŒr ist das Haus von der GrĂ¶ĂŸe absolut ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich. Es ist genug (schattiger) Platz und Spielsachen vorhanden. Bei Ankunft waren schon einige GetrĂ€nke und Obst im KĂŒhlschrank. Die BettwĂ€sche und die HandtĂŒcher (pro Person ein großes und ein kleines) wurden nach 1 Woche von der Hausbesitzerin gewechselt. Da der Pool nicht ebenerdig ist, konnte kein Kind beim Laufen aus Versehen reinfallen. Zum Strand waren es ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß, zum Zentrum ca 10 Minuten und zu verschiedenen SupermĂ€rkte ca 2-10 Minuten. Falls es fĂŒr jemanden wichtig ist, die Gegend ist sehr englisch geprĂ€gt. Uns war das egal. Nicht unerwĂ€hnt sollte bleiben, dass wir ab und zu unerwĂŒnschten Besuch von Kakerlaken hatten. DafĂŒr waren Fallen verteilt und wir mussten regelmĂ€ĂŸig mit einem Spray gegen sie vorgehen, was zwar geholfen, sie aber nicht ganz abgehalten hat. Aber zu dieser Jahreszeit ist das in den stĂ€dtischen Gebieten leider ĂŒblich. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Bostaden uppfyllde alla förvÀntningar vi hade. Poolen var rymlig och vÄra fyra barn (8-12 Är) roade sig dÀr under flera timmar per dag. En utedusch med toalett alldeles intill poolen var ett stort plus. Bokningen och transfern fungerade perfekt och Àgarinnan var trevlig och hjÀlpsam, fastÀn hon inte pratade engelska och vi inte spanska! Vi skulle gÀrna hyra samma bostad igen.

Tolles Haus fĂŒr die ganze Familie

Schönes Haus mit Pool in toller ruhiger Lage aber dennoch mitten im Geschehen! Die KĂŒche umfasst alles was man braucht! 2 BĂ€der, sĂŒĂŸes Kinderzimmer und 3 weitere Schlafzimmer. 2 Terrassen ermöglichen immer ein sonniges essen. Waschmaschine und Platz zum WĂ€sche aufhĂ€ngen! Der WasserpĂ€rke zu Fuß erreichbar Hausverwaltung war super nett und die Inhaberin sehr sehr herzlich - zur Ankunft hab’s im KĂŒhlschrank schon Milch und sagt und Wasser und eine Flasche Wein und fĂŒr die Kinder was SĂŒsses

Hat uns super gefallen, Haus war ordentlich mit allem was man braucht. Sehr schönes GartengrundstĂŒck ideal fĂŒr Hunde und Kinder da alles gut ummauert ist. Gepflegter Pool, Grill, Tischtennisplatte. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt.
