Ca Na Serrieta is a beautiful house in the historic center of Alcudia, near the historic city walls. This house is completely renovated and located in the heart of the old town of Alcudia, just a few steps from its medieval walls and the local life offered by this emblematic Mallorcan town. A charming town a few kilometers from the coast.



This traditional Mallorcan house has a spacious terrace on the upper floor with four sun loungers, a "cocktail corner" and a shower, where you can refresh yourself after sunbathing and enjoy an aperitif. Another terrace on the ground floor is furnished with a dining table and a grill, where you can enjoy a large barbecue. There is a common room where you can play board games or table football. The house offers a small parking space where you can park your car.

The ground floor has a large living room with indirect lighting and Mares stone walls, where you can relax after a pleasant walk along the city walls and historic streets of this Mallorcan town.



In an open area without doors, there is a cozy dining room with a carefully decorated area where you can enjoy culinary meals with family or friends. In the spacious kitchen, you can prepare the local products offered at the Alcudia market on Tuesdays and Sundays. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher.



The house has the capacity to comfortably accommodate four people. Its two bedrooms have large double beds that guarantee restful rest. The house has two full bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a bathtub and another on the first floor with a practical floor-level shower, located next to the rooms. Wonderful stay in great accommodation

Ideal for a long weekend away, quiet location but also still within walking distance of all amenities in the old town and close to the bus stop for getting to the port. The owner kindly allowed us to check out late. Thanks for a lovely stay, we will be back soon! An umbrella on the dining table outside would be useful if it was really hot as the area offers little shade unlike the roof terrace.

Minutes walk from the centre, within old town walls. Well designed with good outside space considering its central location. Equipment and items supplied very limited and basic by today’s standards. Very slow Wi-Fi and no smart TV. No streaming or access to any English language TV. No parking at the house but plenty of free parking nearby but limited availability at busy times.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft und haben uns gleich wieder wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist großartig, mitten im Zentrum Alcudias aber in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Zu Fuß ist man ganz schnell bei den Geschäften und Restaurants, auch der Strand ist in 25 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen, ebenso kann man verschiedenen Wandertouren in der Nähe starten. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Im Vergleich zum letzten Mal war die Küche neu, wir hatten den Eindruck, dass auf der unteren Terrasse gestrichen wurde und ganz oben gab es neue Liegen-es wird also auch etwas investiert, entsprechend war der Preis höher. Fenstergitter gegen die vielen Mücken wären noch ein tolles Plus. Ansonsten alles super, wurden nett empfangen mit Snacks und Getränken.

super schönes Ferienhaus mitten in der Altstadt!Es ist alles da, was man braucht, und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die engen Gassen der Altstadt sind zwar nichts für breite Autos, aber das Parken auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz war problemlos – von dort ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Wohnung.Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub in diesem Haus machen!

Vielen Dank für das Willkommensset. Unterkunft ist besser als erwartet, da sie größer und besser verteilt ist. Es ist alles ausreichend da, sogar Spüli, Küchentücher, neuer Schwamm, aber keine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Öl, Tabs. Die Kommunikation ist problemlos und schnell, sogar am Wochenende. Die Wohnung ist teilweise recht hellhörig zum Nachbarhaus. Der Parkplatz in der Garage ist nicht für Autos geeignet, da max. 3 m lang. Allerdings hatten wir keine Probleme einen Parkplatz vor dem nahen Stadttor zu bekommen. Dies mag zur Hauptsaison anders sein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Süßes, geräumiges Haus in toller Lage

Alcudia ist wirklich toll. Besonders die Lage der Hauses ist sehr idyllisch. Wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern dort und das hat super geklappt. Die Straßen sind allerdings sehr eng. Wir hatten einen Kia Sportage und kamen dort kaum um die Ecken. Die Garage ist zum Parken vollkommen ungeeignet ausser man mietet vielleicht einen Fiat 500. Das sollte man in dem Inserat vielleicht erwähnen. Man hat aber einen guten und kostenfreien Parkplatz in 3 Minuten Fußentfernung. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht obwohl man bei einer Belegung von 4 Personen auch mehr als 4 kleine und 4 große Teller gebrauchen kann. Toll war aber die Spülmaschine, sodass diese 1 mal am Tag lief. Für unseren Geschmack hätten ein paar weniger fremde Haare im Haus verteilt sein können, aber sonst war es ganz ordentlich. Im Sommer hätten wir die Dachterasse mehr nutzen können aber das Haus hat alles was man braucht um sich schöne Tage machen zu können. Preis Leistung war für uns gut.

Hübsche Unterkunft in idealer Lage

Eine sehr hübsche Unterkunft in der historischen Altstadt bot uns in teils widrigem Januarwetter ein gemütliches Zuhause. Die Gastgeber trafen wir gleich zu Beginn, da sie uns halfen, die Klima/Heizungsanlage in Betrieb zu nehmen. Die Begegnung war angenehm und herzlich, auch später waren sie stets erreichbar. Auch das Team von ideal property war jederzeit für uns da, so konnten wir die Check in/Out Zeiten geringfügig unseren Bedürfnissen anpassen. Das Haus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Einkäufe in der Stadt oder auch Erkundungen zu Fuß in die Umgebung (Berge,Strand). Gerne wieder!

Tolles Stadthaus

Tolles Stadthaus in dem es an nichts fehlt. Sehr sauber. Die ersten Restaurants sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Hier würden wir ein weiteres Mal Urlaub machen! Zu erwähnen ist aber, dass es unmöglich ist in die Garage mit einem PKW zu fahren, da das Tor und die Straße viel zu eng sind. Eigent sich also nur für Fahrräder, Motorräder etc.

Tolles Townhouse

Sehr schönes Townhouse in dem es an nichts fehlt. Sehr sauber. Tolle Lage, zu Fuß ist man in weniger als 5 Minuten bei den ersten Restaurants. Hier würden wir wieder Urlaub machen! Zu erwähnen ist, dass die Garage nicht für PKW geeignet sind. Auch mit einem kleinen Auto ist es unmöglich in die Garage zu fahren, da das Tor bzw. die Straße viel zu eng ist. Also ausschließlich für Motorräder oder Fahrräder geeignet. Die rote Nespressomaschine ist unddicht und verliert sehr schnell Wasser. Der Korkenzieher war unbrauchbar, daher haben wir einen neuen gekauft und diesen im Haus gelassen. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über die Willkommens-Kiste mit Wein, Keksen etc!

Schöne Wohnung, trotz Innensatdt ruhig gelegen

Die Wohnung war für uns zuerst schwer zu finden der Check-In war dank Schlüsselbox aber sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Es gibt eine Garage, was wirklich eine sehr große Bereicherung wäre - leider ist diese aber an einer engen Stelle der Straße. Autos größer als Kleinwägen können hier nicht parken. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern auf der Webseite. Leider sind einige Einrichtungsgegenstände etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wie zum Beispiel der Tischkicker den wir nicht nutzen konnten. Die Wohnung ist trotz der Innenstadtlage sehr ruhig gelegen. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Wir hatten zu wenig Handtücher, hier wurde uns schnell weitergeholfen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr unkompliziert und sie waren immer schnell erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Altstadt von Alcudia, unmittelbar in der Nähe zu allen Cafés und Restaurants und ist dennoch ruhig gelegen. Fußläufig sind diese in 1 bis 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist schön hergerichtet und entspricht absolut den Bildern. Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!! nichts

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage

Der Aufenthalt war ein voller Erfolg. Die Größe, die Zimmer, einfach super. Sehr modern und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Allerdings wäre es nett, etwas mehr Klopapier zu hinterlassen und Salz und Pfeffer wäre auch noch schön gewesen. Die Terrassenstühle sind auch schon etwas dem Rost verfallen und könnten ausgetauscht werden. Alles im Allen aber ein tolles Haus in einer wunderschönen Lage. Die Mücken haben uns zwar aufgefressen, aber dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Da wir den Gin zurücklassen mussten, hoffen wir ihn nächstes Jahr wiederzusehen. :-)

Ein ganz toller Urlaub in diesem süßen Häusen

Es ist ist ein sehr sauberes Haus, gemütlich eingerichtet, ausgestattet mit allem, was man im Alltag braucht in einer super Lage. Wir waren Anfang Juni dort und es war immer schön ruhig. Man erreicht die Geschäfte und den Markt zu Fuß. Bei Ankunft hat uns ein sehr netter und kompetenter Mann empfangen und uns gute Tipps gegeben.

This house is in a perfect location in the old walled town of Alcudia. The house is clean and very well kept, the outside terraces are perfect to catch the sun at different times of the day. The shops and lovely restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance. The beds were super comfortable! The staff at the IPM office were always very helpful. We have a fantastic stay here and would definitely love to come back!
