The beautiful house Can Olivo is a dwelling located in the Port of Alcudia, very close to the beach. The well-known sandy beach of Alcudia is located just 500 meters away and only a few minutes walking.



It is an independent two-story house with a very well-maintained and furnished outdoor area, so that they can enjoy the good weather of Mallorca.



On the first floor there is a covered terrace with lots of light and a large table with 6 chairs where they can eat and have dinner and make use of the barbecue at their disposal. Said terrace connects directly to the kitchen, independent and fully equipped. In addition, it has a nice living room with comfortable sofas and a television.

Still on the floor below, there is a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed. And already on the first floor would be a second bathroom with a shower and the third bedroom, also with a double bed and a spacious terrace with lots of light, a desk and a sofa.

Both the living room and the 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. In addition, the house has wifi connection.



The house is located in a very quiet residential area, without ceasing to be close to the beach and the main avenue, full of good restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. Therefore, they can enjoy a vacation without the need to rent a car.

Lovely Villa in good position!

Misleading information- states 4 bedrooms-incorrect as is only 3bedrooms. Air conditioning good - nice well equipped kitchen. — good size fridge freezer , dishwasher microwave,built in gas hob / oven Comfortable lounge with TV Lovely downstairs bathroom between 2 bedrooms double and 2 singles ( comfortable bed ) Surrounded by mature olive, lemon,lime and plum trees

Geräumiges Haus mit leichten Abstrichen

Positiv: Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Parteien, wir sind bspw. mit den Großeltern verreist, die oben ihren eigenen Bereich mir Bad hatten. Der Wintergarten war perfekt fürs Frühstück/ Abendessen. Ausstattung der Küche ok, um einfach Speisen zuzubereiten. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine super, es gab sogar einen Sonnenschirm, den wir mit zum Strand nehmen konnten. Mit dem Auto kann man direkt auf der Auffahrt parken. Ein großer Grill ist vorhanden. Negativ: Leider wirkte der Außenbereich recht ungepflegt und sieht nicht so idyllisch aus wie auf den Fotos (unsere Reisezeit war Ende August/ Anfang September). Leider roch es in zwei der Schlafzimmer sehr muffig, wer dort empfindlich ist, sollte die Unterkunft lieber nicht buchen. Die Klimaanlagen haben weitestgehend funktioniert, in einem Zimmer war sie nur sehr schwach. Die Nachbarschaft ist in Ordnung, wir fanden es recht laut, sodass wir nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnten, aber das kann auch an den Feriengästen in Nachbarhaus gelegen haben. Einige Restaurants sind direkt in der Nähe. Wir sind lieber 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in die Altstadt von Alcudia gefahren. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub, vo

Schönes und sauberes Haus, in idealer Lage. Der Strand ist wunderschön und sehr gut für einen Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern geeignet! Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ist ausgezeichnet und die Besitzerin selbst ist sehr aufmerksam, vielen Dank!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Zum Strand sind wir ca. 15 Minuten gelaufen. Die Lage ist wirklich super. Eine Sonnenliege und eine umfangreichere Küchenausstattung hätten die Unterkunft perfekt gemacht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Gemütliches Haus

Freundlicherweise war der Kühlschrank bei der Ankunft schon mit Getränken inkl. 1 Flasche Wein und Essen gefüllt. Und auch die wichtigsten Infos wie Ärzte, Restaurants usw. waren vorbildlich in einer Mappe zusammengefasst. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und in einem guten Zustand. Dort ließe es sich auch in kälteren Jahreszeiten gut wohnen. Der Garten mit Zitronenbäumen, Kakteen, Quitten und Olivenbaum ist sehr schön. Der Strand von Alcúdia ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Zur Hauptsaison ist der Strand sehr gut besucht. Als Alternative bieten sich die Strände von Port de Pollença und Formentor (Bergstraße) an. Ponyreiten und kleinen Zoo gibt es ganz in der Nähe (Ranxo ses roques). Die Vermietungsfirma Ideal-Property-Mallorca war immer sofort erreichbar, ganz entspannt und sehr hilfsbereit.

Vi har hatt en kjempe fin ferie i dette huset. Et minus med huset var at det var kun aircondition på to av soverommene. Det tredje soverommet hadde ikke, og det rommet sto i solen hele dagen. Og det rommet hadde svært dårlige senger. Beliggenhet i forhold til stand og byliv var helt perfekt.

Sauberes, gut ausgestattetes und schönes Haus für Familien geeignet

Das Haus hat uns mit seinem schlichten Design, praktischer Ausstattung (Babybezz und Hochstuhl, Küchenutensilien, Grill etc) und schönen Ambiente überzeugt. Der Strand ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar und Supermarkt etc sind selbst außerhalb der Saison in der Nähe zu finden. Der Strand ist wunderschön mit seichten Wasser auch für Kleinkinder super. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben sogar Sonntags um 8 Uhr die Heizung wieder in Gang gesetzt. Ein durch und durch empfehlenswertes Domizil.
