It is recently renovated with the best materials and fully equipped. The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed with sea views and the other with two single beds), a bathroom and toilet and an open kitchen with a living-dining room, satellite TV, WIFI, air conditioning and a terrace with beautiful views of the sea. sea. The complex has 2 large community pools, one of them for children and with direct access to the large sandy beach. It has a green area for children to play. Stay in Alcudia

Firstly, the location is excellent, well situated for all Alcudia amenities and with a super sea view. Alcudia is a busy resort, but the apartment is not affected by noise. The good air con means windows dont need to be open. The pool is nice and big and didnt get overly busy and the beach is on your doorstep. However, we do feel like the apartment (considering the price we paid) would benefit from some updating as it looks a little tired. In particular, the bathroom and separate toilet are probably 25 years old and are incredibly small. We feel that this could be knocked through and a bigger space be created.The mattresses are also very thin and not that comfortable. The lounge furniture is also small with only 3 real seating spaces. The television reception is poor and the tv itself could do with changing to a more modern one. The table on the balcony is also really old and wobbly (our 5 year old twice knocked drinks over on it just by gently nudging the table.) This apartment could be really good, if the owners were prepared to spend some money on it, but it seems they are happy to take the money for it in its current state.

Lägenheten har ett bra läge, nära både butiker, restauranger, stranden och hamnen. Det är också smidigt med busshållplats precis utanför.Delad pool som iallafall under högsäsong var välbesökt!Stranden precis utanför är ganska grund, vilket kan göra att det luktar lite när det är helt vindstilla. Går man däremot 5–10 minuter åt höger får man en väldigt fin strand!Parkering på gatan kan vara svårt att hitta, men har man tur finns det möjlighet att parkera på innergården.Lägenheten är delvis renoverad och har en enkel standard. Vi tycker att sängarna skulle kunna ses över – barnsängarna är ganska hårda och knarrar, medan den stora sängen är något smal.Köksutrustningen skulle kunna uppdateras, framför allt kastrullerna. De är slitna och gjorde att maten lätt fastnade och brändes (känns hälsofarligt så teflonen bränts bort). Hällen är inte heller induktion, vilket gör att uppvärmningen tar lång tid.Sammanfattningsvis: Läget är verkligen lägenhetens stora fördel och det du betalar för – perfekt om man vill ha nära till det mesta och enkelt kunna ta sig till både strand, hamn, restauranger och butiker!
