This cozy house near the centre of Puerto de Alcúdia and the beach offers a perfect second home for 5 people.
Enjoy a large breakfast at the terrace, which has a table with chairs for 6 persons. The little garden area offers two sun loungers, perfect to read something interesting or basking in the sun, although you will probably feel like going to the beach which is just 130 metres away, and enjoy the sun and the sea breeze.

The two storey chalet with a size of 90 m2 is ideal for families and small groups of friends. In the living room, with a large sofa, you will pass a pleasant time reading a good book, watching TV (satellite TV) or taking a nap. The dining area can accommodate up to 6 people. The independent kitchen offers you everything you will need for your holidays: microwave, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, food blender, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob and a fridge with freezer. Of course there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A toilet completes the ground floor. Going upstairs you find the three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms counts with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage tub, the second one has two twin beds and the last one has a single bed. Another shower bathroom completes this floor. The whole accommodation counts with heat - cold air conditioning and there are units in every bedroom and in the living area.

The 115 m² plot offers space for 2 cars on the property and free street parking. It is located next to the main road, making access easy, though there may be some noise. The location is excellent: a supermarket, restaurants, and a bus stop are just a few steps away. The bus runs every 15 minutes to Port d'Alcúdia, Pollença, and Ca’n Picafort. Just 100 meters away, the fine sand beach invites you to stroll and relax. In Port d'Alcúdia, you'll find restaurants, bars, and a lively market on Tuesdays and Sundays. Don't miss the Roman ruins and their amphitheater. By car or bus, you can visit beaches like Formentor or Playa de Muro, as well as the charming town of Pollença. Climbing the Calvari will be an effort rewarded with spectacular views. An ideal place to enjoy Mallorca!

Localisation

Maison agréable et très bien équipée. Elle est proche de commerces et de restaurants. Elle est toute proche de la plage donc pas besoin de prendre son véhicule. Le seul inconvénient c'est que la maison est à environ trente mètres de la 2 x 2 voies (carretera d'Arta) et il y a tout de même beaucoup de circulation !

Unterkunft wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Super ausgestattet inklusive spül- und Waschmaschine. Die Einzelbetten waren sehr bequem, die Matratze des Doppelbetts war sehr weich, was mir persönlich nicht so gefällt. Nur wenige Minuten fussläufig vom Strand entfernt, der super schön ist und das Wasser flach, schön auch für kleine Kinder. Über den Strand kann man in ca. 15 Minuten zum Supermarkt und zu einem kleinen Café laufen. Die nahe Straße ist recht laut, im Frühjahr hat es nicht so gestört, da wir nicht mit offenem Fenster geschlafen haben, für empfindliche Ohren aber vielleicht in die Auswahl der Unterkunft einzubeziehen. Alles in allem super Aufenthalt!

Muy buena estadia en Alcudia, para las familias con niños es ideal, la playa esta a un lado (En caso que se necesite volver a la casa por algun improvisto). La casa es muy comoda, amplia y muy bien equipada, ademas cuenta con una ducha exterior perfecta para limpiar la arena antes de entrar a las habitaciones. Muy cómoda y acogedora estadía en Alcudia .

Das Haus war sauber und grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Es gibt gute elektrische Geräte. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Internet funktioniert sehr gut (zum arbeiten geeignet). Es gab eine Grundausstattung mit Spülmittel, Spülmaschinentabs, Waschmittel (möglicherweise von den Vormietern). Die Lage ist perfekt, um mit dem Rennrad zu starten, zu joggen oder einfach an den Strand zu gehen.

Durch die Hauptstraße hat man allerdings immer eine Geräuschkulisse. Die Außendusche (mit Warmwasser) war sehr praktisch, um den Sand vom Strand gleich draußen loszuwerden. Wasserdruck und Wärme des Wassers waren auch perfekt. Wir haben sie zwar nicht gebraucht, aber jeder Raum hatte eine eigene regelbare Klimaanlage. Das Haus können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Comfortable and well equipped

- Though the house is located second line from Carretera d'Arta, cars can be heard well if windows are opened. + Comfortable and well equipped separate house with own territory located only 200m from wonderful sandy beach. There is an open terrace with furniture. Private parking place is located right on the territory. Kitchen is equipped with all appliances.

da unser Urlaub leider heute zu Ende ist, wollen wir Ihnen gerne mitteilen, dass unser Urlaub in Ihrem schönen Ferienhaus wirklich toll war. Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen, war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir werden es in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße aus Deutschland
