Cozy apartment Salzes III is a charming summer house with stunning and romantic sea views, located in an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful and paradisiacal Alcudia Bay, with its turquoise waters. Perfect for easy access to the north of the island, this beautiful property is an ideal option for families with children who want to combine natural beauty with proximity to the beach and numerous attractions for the little ones.

Upon entering the house, you are greeted by a lovely terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals in its cozy dining area, leading you to a comfortable living-dining room. This space is ideal for family time or for relaxing in front of the satellite TV from the comfort of the sofa.

The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bright dining room with a sofa, a table for six people, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with direct views of Puerto de Alcudia beach. On the upper floor, there are three sun-filled bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm) and a private terrace with sea views, the second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm), and the third bedroom with a bunk bed, perfect for children.

With a capacity for 6 people across its three spacious bedrooms, the house offers the option to add an extra bed for an additional cost. It is also equipped with an oven, a gas stove, and everything necessary to prepare delicious meals. There are two modern bathrooms, both with showers and toilets.

Salzes III is located in one of the best areas of Puerto de Alcudia, close to supermarkets, restaurants, leisure areas, and everything you might need for a perfect vacation. Its privileged location right on Mallorca’s largest beach, in a quiet area, allows you to enjoy water sports, restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and children′s play areas. The seafront promenade, ideal for walking and enjoying the fresh air, is just steps away. By car, within 5 km, you can reach other small, charming beaches, perfect for discovering more intimate spots.
