Located in the wonderful and quiet area of Mal Pas, we find this amazing property a few meters away from the calm water of the Mediterranean sea.

This house has everything you need to spend an unforgettable holiday by the sea.

On the main floor as you enter the house, you will find a few steps leading to the living room with comfortable sofas as well as an eating area with a large table and chairs to enjoy lovely dinners with sea views. There is a TV with international channels.

The fully equipped kitchen has all main appliances such as oven, induction hobs, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, saucepans, frying pans etc, as well as all cutlery and crockery.
You will find a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board too.

The house provides 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total. There are 3 rooms with two single beds and one with a double bed. Two rooms share a complete bathrooms with sink, WC and a large bath. The other two rooms have their own en suite bathrooms and both have WC, sink and showers. Two of the rooms share a magnificent large terrace with views of the whole bay of Pollensa. There is also one auxiliary restroom on the ground floor with a WC and sink. There is a 5th bathroom outside with a WC and a shower, this can be used after a refreshing swim in order to not enter the house wet.

The jewel of the house is the terrace with direct sea views where you will spend long evenings enjoying the sea breeze and relaxing by the sound of the water.

The views are stunning and you will surely feel the unique sense of coastal live during the whole stay. The area is very quiet and you have a supermarket a few steps away from the house, as well as two restaurants which are just a few minutes away from the house.

There is a path leading to a rocky swimming area right in front of the house and there is also a lovely semi-private sandy beach 20 meters from the house, usually only visited by nearby neighbors.

Fantastic place by the sea

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The online photos do not quite do the views, of the sea and surrounding scenery, justice. The villa was spacious and comfortable enough for our group with lots of outdoor seating. We had everything we needed to cook at home and dine outside on the terrace. The position of the villa meant it was perfect for watching the amazing sunsets. And having immediate access to the sea was fantastic, either from the ladders on the rocks or the little beach next to the villa which often had no one else at it (we visited in September). The property management company were great and easily contactable for any enquiries or issues. Overall, a great place to stay and we would happily return!

Insgesamt sehr gut. Für Kinder nicht geeignet. Leider im Herbst wenig Sonne.

Siehe oben Neue Duschköpfe wären sinnvoll Der Ablauf in den duschen ist verstopft Man steht bis zu den Knöcheln im Wasser. Die Eingangstüre ist nur mit Kraftaufwand zu bewältigen.
