Go ahead and come to enjoy a marvellous and peaceful vacation in this beautiful villa. The pool is the right place to refresh during the nice Majorcan summer. It is a chlorine pool sizing 7 x 4 metres while its depth goes from 0.5 to 1.8 metres. You will find several sunbed to sunbathe around the pool, and surrounded by tres and greenery. The outside also features several areas to relax or to sit to enjoy a delicious barbecue cooked by the family "chef". The property is fenced and privacy is partial.

The property offers 200 m2 with just one floor decorated in a comfortable and family style, so that you will feel at home, with all comforts, for a perfect vacation. When you entre you find the living room with two comfortable sofas where you can sit to watch satellite TV, read a book or refresh with the AC. A great dining table has capacity for 8 people. At the back you can also relax on the comfortable sofas of the glazed porch. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped, It has a gas hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher, an electric coffee maker,... It also features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. there are 4 bedroom to rest in this house, all of them equipped with two twin beds each one, as well as a closet. If you are coming with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair on request. There are also two bathroom sin the house, the two of the with a shower. The whole house offers AC.

Bonaire is a residential area belong to the village of Alcudia, in the North of Mallorca. In the neighbourhood you will find some restaurants, and the nearest beach is that of Mal Pas, where you will enjoy a great atmosphere, its turquoise waters and its fine sand. You can miss the street market in Alcudia on Tuesdays and Sundays. The area of Puerto de Alcudia is ideal if you are looking for night life. The nearest golf course is Alcanada where you can practice golf with some impressive sea views.
