Wonderful villa in the prestigious neighbourhood of Bonaire, in Alcudia, with private pool and close to the sea, welcomes 8 guests
Go ahead and come to enjoy a marvellous and peaceful vacation in this beautiful villa. The pool is the right place to refresh during the nice Majorcan summer. It is a chlorine pool sizing 7 x 4 metres while its depth goes from 0.5 to 1.8 metres. You will find several sunbed to sunbathe around the pool, and surrounded by tres and greenery. The outside also features several areas to relax or to sit to enjoy a delicious barbecue cooked by the family "chef". The property is fenced and privacy is partial.

The property offers 200 m2 with just one floor decorated in a comfortable and family style, so that you will feel at home, with all comforts, for a perfect vacation. When you entre you find the living room with two comfortable sofas where you can sit to watch satellite TV, read a book or refresh with the AC. A great dining table has capacity for 8 people. At the back you can also relax on the comfortable sofas of the glazed porch. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped, It has a gas hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher, an electric coffee maker,... It also features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. there are 4 bedroom to rest in this house, all of them equipped with two twin beds each one, as well as a closet. If you are coming with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair on request. There are also two bathroom sin the house, the two of the with a shower. The whole house offers AC.

Bonaire is a residential area belong to the village of Alcudia, in the North of Mallorca. In the neighbourhood you will find some restaurants, and the nearest beach is that of Mal Pas, where you will enjoy a great atmosphere, its turquoise waters and its fine sand. You can miss the street market in Alcudia on Tuesdays and Sundays. The area of Puerto de Alcudia is ideal if you are looking for night life. The nearest golf course is Alcanada where you can practice golf with some impressive sea views.

Loved our stay!

Loved our stay! Had everything we needed, check in was flexible and easy as there was clear instructions from the host. Lovely space ideal for big groups or families. Easy enough to get a taxi to Port D’Alcúdia, also walked there and was easy enough with lovely views! Would definitely stay again! :)

Relaxing stay in a beautiful villa

Great stay in beautiful, quiet surroundings. The villa has everything that you might need and is close to amazing beaches, a great restaurant (Bodega Del Sol) and the beautiful town of Alcudia. Our 2 familes of 4 enjoyed our stay on comfort. The pool is clean and the perfect size for the kids to play in. A rental car is key here though, since the villa is in a residential area. Its a great base for exploring Majorca. Would visit again!

Beautiful Mallorcan house with lots of original touches. The rooms comfortable and stylish. The outdoor area perfect for relaxing with friends. The neighbourhood is peaceful. Didn't see anyone for four days. It is close to everything - restaurants, port, beaches, shop, trekking, not far from the centre of Alcudia.

Superb property in a wonderful location

Our stay was perfect. The property afforded privacy with a lot of functionality and convenience. All local facilities such as bars restaurants and beaches are within walking distance. All facilities such as sun beds with separate linen and beach towels were provided together with a fully equipped kitchen. A number of games and all beach equipment (brollies etc) are also available for use. All in all a superb premises.

Der Aufenthalt war toll. Lage und Pool grandios. Ausstattung Zimmer, Bad, Küche sehr gut. Nur leider kein Fliegengitter und Klimaanlage ging in unserem Zimmer nicht. Wegen Kaution war keiner da. Mit Schlüssel in Box hat alles gut geklappt. Umgebung, Restaurant, Strand, Parkplatz vor Finka alles Toll

What a lovely villa, situated in a little town about a five minute walk from the marine harbour and nearby supermarket and restaurants. Alcudia is just under a half hour walk away, very manageable. The area surrounding the villa is secluded and quiet which made it even more relaxing. The property was clean and had everything you could need, including a fantastic pool. I would recommend hiring a car or some form of transport as it is almost impossible to locate a taxi to transport to other nearby towns. Local bus routes from Alcudia are reliable and frequent. The only thing that I would have preferred would have been to check out at midday on the last day rather than 10am. All in all a lovely villa, quiet area and the team were great at communication.

We spent a week in this villa, my husband and I and our 5 adult children. It was perfect, very spacious, very well equipped kitchen, air con in every room. Really comfy beds, some upgrades to part of the interior since we booked, new bathroom suites. Lovely outdoor space for swimming, splashing and lounging. Lovely restaurants 5 min walk away. Walk into Alcúdia old town about 25mins but flat the whole way. Highly recommend
