The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.

– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.

– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.

– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.



Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.



Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.



Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

A beautiful home in an excellent position. We were able to walk to the marina and restaurants and sandy beach for the children. It was just as good to stay by the pool with beautiful views and well equipped kitchen for preparing meals.

Definity come back!!!

My two friends and I had such an amazing time here. Check in and out was really easy, great communication throughout. There was parking right outside which was free. The villa itself is gorgeous. The pool was super clean and a really good size. The garden is lush and there are so many lovely spots to sit and dine al fresco I don’t think we actually spent much time inside! Hospitality was great, and we visited the red rum bar for dinner and drinks with the sunset on our last night and the food and view was fantastic! Would definitely visit again!!

If you have discovered this villa, don't hesitate to book it - you won't regret it! This place is spacious, clean and modern. We were two families and had more than enough space. If you like to cook, the kitchen is very well equipped! The pool was just perfect for our kids. Communication was uncomplicated and friendly. If only, we could have stayed longer..! ) Thank you!

Fab open plan villa. Bit out of the way.

Villa is fab. Open plan, comfy beds, well equipped. Lovely outside space and pool is large and deep ( not ideal for young kids). Great lounge and dining areas inside and out. BBQ. Amazing views. The host was brilliant with any questions we had and very responsive. Location is at the top of a very steep hilly area of houses. Car needed. No close shops. Struggled to get a hot shower. One bedroom doesn’t get WiFi. Be aware you pay electricity at the end of your stay- we paid 130 for 4 people for 2 weeks.

Villa was great, as advertised by good photos and youtube video. Peter the host was very friendly and easy to deal with (thanks Peter). Loads of chairs and sun beds. Pool was clean and lovely. We liked the welcome box, towels, pool toys and space. Building work next door was a unpleasant surprise. Not that noisy, but would have been nice to know in advance.

Family holiday

Just back from a lovely week at Villa Garau. This is one of the best villas we have stayed in in over 20 yrs of visiting Mallorca. The views are absolutely stunning, I was a bit concerned about the location for getting taxis but the app Mallorcab worked really well and we never waited more than 15 mins. The villa looks exactly like the photos , was very clean on arrival and well equipped with plenty of glasses, mugs, plates and cooking equipment . Everything worked and was maintained . The villa next door is still being worked on but looks like it should be finished soon. A change of towels during the week would have been nice and there was no pool cleaning.

Just Perfect!!

By far one of our favorite villas we have ever stayed in in Mallorca. We absolutely loved it. The villa is well located in a quiet area and within walking distance to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, beaches etc. We had a car and didn´t have any problems getting a parking space right outside the house. The villa itself is fantastic - spacious, bright, clean, modern, stylish and very well equipped. The bedrooms are neat with comfortable beds. The kitchen has all the equipment you need for cooking and there is a good BBQ outside so we really enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on the patio. The bathrooms are clean with good showers. There is a big living room with a big couch and a TV which was nice on the few rainy days we got. The outside area is fantastic. It´s perfect for dining, relaxing in the sun and enjoying a cozy evening. We really enjoyed the pool, especially the kids, it´s clean and well maintained. There is also a large grassed area where they could run around and play. Joan was very friendly and nice host. He really made us feel welcome when we arrived. He greeted us with a welcome package and gave us information about the town and the island. He was very responsive and did absolutely everything to meet our needs, i.e. provided two baby cribs, high chairs etc. and even let us check in early. They were also considerate to let us know beforehand when they would come to clean the pool. We felt comfortable in the villa and had a very enjoyable stay thanks to Joan and all the team of Mallorca Holiday Properties. Muchas gracias por todo :)

Immer noch ein schönes HAUS

Die Lage, die Aussicht, der tolle Pool Im Vergleich zu 2023 als wir da waren hat das Haus jetzt schon deutlich Gebrauchsspuren. Was uns sehr negativ aufgefallen ist: die fleckige Bettwäsche. Es gab nicht einen, der keine Blutflecken!!! Oder sonstige Flecken hatte. Auch die Handtücher sind mittlerweile sehr dünn geworden und man bekommt nur noch ein Set pro Person. Ich denke ein Hinweis darauf wäre wichtig in der Beschreibung, auch dass man für den Pool am besten seine eigenen mitbringen sollte.

Super Blick zum Meer in absoluter Ruhe. Die Region Bon Aire ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

Die Ruhe und die Aussicht. Tolle Villengegend. Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Schlafzimmer mit den Betten und den Matratzen sind sehr gut. 2 Bäder ensuite fanden wir sehr angenehm. 3. Bad mit Badewanne teilen sich Zimmer 3 und Zimmer 4, vollkommen ausreichend. WC im Erdgeschoss auch sehr praktisch. Die Drücker für die elektrischen Rollläden könnten erneuert werden. Die ein oder andere Renovierung der Holz-Türzargen sollten zeitnah mal durchgeführt werden. Wurde auch bereits in unserer Anwesenheit aufgemessen.

Aufenthalt Ende Mai 2023

Ein wirklich schönes Haus in einer tollen Lage mit einer gehobenen Ausstattung. Angenehm große Schlaf- und Badezimmer. Der Blick auf die Bucht von Pollenca ist wirklich schön. Die Lage macht aber einen PKW zwingend erforderlich. Der Service war sowohl bei der Buchung als auch von Ort sehr gut, jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Pere, vielen Dynk noch mal für den netten, unkomplizierten Kontakt. Einziges Manko, wir hätten bei Buchung einen Hinweis auf fie Baustelle erwartet. Die Baustelle hat unseren Aufenthslt aber nicht wirklich beeinträchtigt. Alles in allem können wir eine klare Empfehlung sowohl für das Haus als auch mallorcaholidayproperties aussprechen. Wie oben geschrieben hätten wir eine Info über die Baustelle bei der Buchung erwartet. Bei den gesamten Kosten für das Haus finden wir es etwas unpassend noch mal 35 Euro für den Strom zusätzlich abzurechnen.

Sehr schönes Objekt mit unbeschreiblicher Aussicht

Wir haben den Urlaub in der Villa Garau mit der ganzen Familie sehr genossen. Kinderbetten und Hochstühle wurden uns kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage in einer Villengegend und der Ausblick sind einmalig, man kann nicht genug davon bekommen. Zum Brotkaufen benötigt man in der Vorsaison ein Auto (3-4 km). Das Haus ist äußerst geräumig, sehr gute Betten. Die Vermietung hat sichtbare Spuren hinterlassen (Küche, Badezimmer); hier würde eine Generalüberholung oder eine gründlichere Pflege sicher helfen. Für ein Haus in der Preislage erwarte ich eine hochwertigere Ausstattung beim Geschirr, Pfannen und in den Badezimmern. Unsere Fragen und Wünsche wurden vom Vermieter umgehend erledigt. Danke Pere für den den sehr netten Kontakt und den vorbildlichen Service auch am Wochenende. Alles in allem haben wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht.

Tolles Haus mit grandioser Aussicht

Das Haus ist nur zu empfehlen. Buchung, Check-In, alles reibungslos. Zwar sind Grundausstattungsmerkmale, wie man sie in Häusern dieser Kategorie nicht vorhanden ( kein Kaffetab, kein Wasser, kein Spüllappen), aber kann man sich im nächsten Supermarkt besorgen. Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in schönem Haus mit gigantischem Ausblick

Wir waren mit sieben Personen in der Villa Garau. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und sehr schön in einer Villengegend gelegen (perfekter Blick auf die Bucht von Pollensa). Man braucht ein Auto, da Einkaufsgelegenheiten etwa 2km entfernt sind. Wenn man etwas verbessern könnte, wäre das die Ausstattung der Küche. Das ist nicht durchgängig so, wie man das in einem Haus der Preisklasse erwarten würde. Ansonsten alles top.

Beautiful house in a fabulous position for the views and with a wonderful pool. Beware that it’s not really walking distance to anywhere but that really doesn’t matter when you are here as you won’t want to leave. The house was as shown but housekeeping could have been better - ie its a house for 8 but there was only 5 cups etc..., no bin bags provided and the dishwasher could do with being replaced. Also, we had to wait for an hour outside the house on arrival before anyone arrived to check us in - despite us having phoned ahead with an accurate arrival time and agreeing to meet then. (More check in staff required I think). That said, Joan was fabulous in his attention to our needs and his welcome. This is a beautiful villa and we had a fabulous time here.

Great stay in Villa Garau

The villa is amazing and has everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. The villa is modern, clean and has amazing views over the bay. The pool area is spacious and ideal for families and couples. The area is lovely and quiet but a car is needed as there are some steep hills on the way to the villa. The staff as Mallorca Holiday Properties were excellent and both Lenka and Joan really helped make our holiday as relaxing and easy as possible. Overall we had a great holiday and we will be planning our next trip there soon! Nothing.
