Villa Garau is a luxurious villa situated in one of the best areas of Alcudia called Bonaire it is an ideal location, between Alcudia and the famous Alcanada Golf Club, just a short drive away. It is surrounded by a totally private garden with a 9m x 4.20m pool for a dream vacation. It has stunning views of the bay of Pollensa from the porch with a seating area to relax. On the terrace we find a great barbecue.

This villa offers accommodation for 8 people as it has two floors, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet, fully equipped kitchen, a terrace porch and fresh air dining room to eat with family, friends and spend an unforgettable vacation. Villa Garau is the perfect place for a luxurious and relaxing vacation.



The villa is built on a 1,700 m2 plot, has 2 floors and has 4 bedrooms, 1 double and 3 with single beds, as well as 3 full bathrooms, a toilet, a modern kitchen fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, an area of dining room and a lounge with sofas and flat screen television, a porch with fresh air dining and a totally private garden with pool and sun loungers.



Distribution:

Ground floor: It has a fully equipped American kitchen, living room - dining room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi and a toilet. A bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom en suite with very spacious closets and air conditioning.

Second floor: We see a second bedroom with two single beds, very large closets and a complete bathroom en suite. The third and fourth bedrooms both have two single beds and spacious closets. In all bedrooms there is air conditioning.



Equipment and services:

Wi-Fi Internet, Satellite TV, Air Conditioning, Barbecue, Fridge / Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee maker, Washing machine, Iron and board, High chair, Hair dryer. Fully equipped with sheets and towels.



Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.25 / Kw to be paid on departure.

Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
