Villa Legendario, meaning 'legendary' in Spanish, is a wonderful property set deep in the Mallorcan countryside, yet only a short drive away from the coastal resort of Alcudia. With a spacious and traditional Spanish feel throughout, you will be truly transported to Mallorca. This four-bedroom property is great for larger bookings and also lends itself well to those who like to holiday together, yet experience a certain level of privacy at the same time. Due to both the kitchen and lounge opening onto the terrace, you have easy access from the pool area to the villa. Alfresco dining at Villa Legendario is also a huge feature, with space for the entire group to enjoy a barbecued meal either on your sun lounger or under the terrace.
Both the old town of Alcudia and the famous Alcudia beach are just under a 10-minute drive away, offering you a countryside retreat away from the hustle and bustle whilst still giving you the option of venturing into the nearby resorts for a change of scenery. We are sure that Villa Legendario will live up to its name in every sense of the word!
To access the villa there is an open path alongside 5 steps. The front door has a width of 110cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 110cm wide. The terrace is flat and tiled, whilst the pool itself has step access and is surrounded by a raised edge. There is 1 step down from the shaded seating area to the poolside. The ground floor bedroom door is 70cm wide, whilst the bathroom door is 60cm wide.
