Villa Taberna by Villa Plus

Villa Taberna is a traditional Majorcan house, located 10 minutes' drive from the amenities of both Pollensa Old Town and Alcudia. Pollensa is filled with local Spanish restaurants and shops, whilst Alcudia offers a mix of authentic and modern dining venues, as well as a fantastic large sandy beach. This 4 bedroom villa has several traditional features including exposed beam ceilings and stone walls, a private swimming pool and views of the surrounding countryside to the Tramuntana Mountains. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.

Villa Taberna is located along the road joining Pollensa Old Town to Alcudia, around 10 minutes' drive from both resorts in either direction. Pollensa's cobbled streets are lined with quaint shops, traditional restaurants and pavement cafes whilst Alcudia offers everything from authentic Spanish cuisine to more stylish fine dining bistros. There are also many beautiful sandy beaches nearby, easily accessible within a short drive. Various family and cultural attractions, golf courses and outstanding scenery can also all be found in the local area.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
