The room was spacious with two televisions, a refrigerator, a spotless bathroom, and a large window seat. Staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. Will stay there again!

I love the location and that there’s parking. The staff are also kind. However, internally the hotel falls short. There is no noise insulation between hotel rooms. I had to hear too many awkward, inappropriate, and personal things I did not wish to hear from neighboring hotel rooms. Additionally, the bed sheets and pillow cases aren’t always clean. Last time I stayed, two of my pillows smelled of body odor. Further, much of the furniture is old, scratched, and stained. The ceilings, walls, internal doors, and light fixtures, also have cracks and look horrendous and unprofessional. The elevator might as well take a century to arrive in a building that only has 9 floors. Conclusively, while I do love historic buildings, this building is more of an American Horror Story hotel on the inside that was sloppily made into hotel rooms, than a carefully and beautifully renovated historic building. For a hotel in downtown Easton with such a rich history, this is all very disappointing.

Elevator wasn’t working and my mother can not climb stairs. No parking left in the assigned lot. Had to pay to park on street. They had a group doing a pool plunge and running through the lobby soaking wet and getting the tile floors slippery. Room was right by the lobby so it was super noisy all night long.

Not sure what happened because our experience this time was pretty much the opposite of our first stay at the Grand Eastonian. The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress squeaked and was clearly ancient. People were smoking in the hallway, but the worst was the lack of proper temperature control in the shower. It was either only hot or only cold water, making it very difficult to actually take a shower without scalding or freezing. If it weren’t for the prime location, we would absolutely never stay here again.

Staff was superb and accommodating. Cleanliness was acceptable and the stay was good until we couldn't get hot water in our family suite. Staff did move us to a different suite. My wife and I were with our children so I am hoping during our next stay, the family suite will be FULLY operational!
