This experienced sucked. I tried to cancel had the insurance and all that happens is nobody wants to take responsibility. Nobody will give me a refund. The hotel won't because we went through a third party (Travelocity) to make the reservation. Travelocity says wait we will call the hotel. Then tells us hotel will not refund. They tell us to go through AIG(travel Insurance) who proceeds to say they are 3rd party and it needs to go through Travelocity. It was a horrible experience. My wife got sick so we could use the reservation

My room was paid for already and I had pay additional 70$ fee . It is suppose to be refundable at check out and I’m still waiting . The bathroom was never clean it had a lot of hair everywhere, everything else was fine
