Room was clean, but it was starting to get run down. Mirror in bathroom was starting to detach from wall. We liked that there was no carpeting to hide stains and dirt. Parking lot was small, but location was central to restaurants, freeways, Disneyland, and stores.

Let me begin with mentioning that this is motel looks nothing like it’s shown online. When I arrived to my room it smelled like moisture/mold growth and I found the presence of mold on the baseboards of the bathroom and shower floor. The room was dirty and unacceptable.

The hotel wasn’t the cleanest, lots of hairs on the bedding and towels. Room could do with an overall dust. However the room itself was relatively new and modern. Complimentary snacks and refreshments was lovely. The guy who checked us in was great!! Really friendly and chatty. Convenient location for Disney and free parking

Staff was friendly. I would not consider this a luxury room. The bed felt like it was a wood box with foam on top. No housekeeping throughout the stay. The linens were dirty. The shower sprayed outside the opening. There was a tray with snacks and water with a menu to a local restaurant but no idea what the snacks would have cost. Not much was explained except the WiFi and checkout. The Disney fireworks were very loud.

Cons - -Nothing about the room felt clean. There was fuz on the walls, the towels and sheets had stains and other people's hair on them, the room smelled musty, and on the last night, I found a cockroach in my room. Very gross. -The hotel is located directly behind a liquor store and the area did not feel overly safe. While I didn't personally experience any issues, I did not feel safe walking to the hotel from the Disney parks after dark. Pros - -Comfortable Bed -Great water pressure / shower I would not stay here again and would not recommend.

Clear and spacious. Good choice for a family visit as it has a two sink bathroom. Mini fridge is helpful. Surprised by the lack of closet or hangers.

Left my passport book there and I know I left it there it never left the room but it had 300 and a credit card in when I called they calmed they didn’t find it. They don’t have safe box so I accidentally left it in the drawer, it was my mistake but would think they be honest.

The hotel room is updated but there was spider webs along the walls and ceilings, some being right on top of the bunk beds where our kids slept. We also found cockroaches in our bathroom which was extremely unpleasant. Aside from that, it was a quiet place just a little bit of a shock to find out it was located behind a liquor store when we arrived.
