Rooms are always clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff is also always nice. Only thing missing in rooms is a microwave. There is one in lobby, but one in the room would be VERY convenient. But this place is a great place to stay.

Knowing we’d be at Disney most of our trip the hotel was to be expected. It could definitely use some updating but the room was clean. Shower pressure was very low and water would switch between hot and warm. For Disney it’s very walkable and staff was quick for check in. No real complaints besides shower and the hotel just needs to be updated.

This was our fifth stay, and the hotel consistently delivers on value and convenience. While basic, it is exceptionally clean and provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The short, easy walk to Disneyland is a huge plus, and the affordable parking rate is a major cost saver for the area. If you are looking for a great-priced, clean, no-frills place primarily for sleeping and showering within walking distance of the parks, this is the perfect spot.

1 star is even too much. I would give no star if i could. We were here last year and it was great. This year they are under new ownership and nothing was working. We reserved this place specifically for jacuzzi and jacuzzi was shut down the entire time. The manager was never there. Requested about 20 times to speak to her, Maria. Never responded to my messages or notes. Nothing. I will never stay here again. Spend a little bit more and get your moneys worth. The room didn't even have a closet! This place is a pit.

My family was without a shower for 2 days. The shower knob broke and they don’t have a maintenance technician available at night. Shower never got fixed and my family & I had to move rooms in the middle of the night. Horrible to start off…the room we got moved to was worse. TV didn’t work, air conditioner vent was extremely dirty and full of lint and dust and vent was broken, my son cut his hand on metal. The garbage outside our room was over flowing & wasn’t thrown for days. I contacted the front desk and they wanted to refund me $80 of our parking fees…what a joke and insult! I have pictures if needed. Horrible stay and will NEVER return.

There was empty alcohol bottles under the corner of bed. Bed covers had brown stains! There was spilt drinks on walls that never got picked up. The hotel lobby was just as bad! There was molded cups of coffee in lobby windows that stayed there all 4 days we stayed.
