Rooms are always clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff is also always nice. Only thing missing in rooms is a microwave. There is one in lobby, but one in the room would be VERY convenient. But this place is a great place to stay.

This is a cheap and cheerful hotel. Perfect for staying when going to Disney. We were out early in the morning and didn’t come back till late at night, so we only needed a place to shower and rest our heads. This hotel just did that. It’s about a $10 uber ride to the park. Front desk staff were nice and attentive. 7 Eleven is close by if you need anything and there is an onsite convenience store as well. Did not make use of the pool during our stay, but saw some kids playing in it. Like other reviewers, we would recommend ear plugs for sleeping as it’s close to the freeway. For the price and proximity to Disney, we would stay again!

Room was mostly clean , there was a cleaning rag left in the room . It was mostly quiet other than one night there was two dogs barking for a while. I was very surprised with the quality for the price .It was a better stay than the hotel we last went to directly infront of the Disney entrance . The only annoying thing about the room was the water pressure and loose outlets .Also not having a microwave was not a huge deal. The office has several and tables to sit at . There is a coffee machine and mini fridge in the room .

Temperatures in room was perfect. Unfortunately there was a roach on the wall and the toilet didn’t flush properly. Also the hot tub was not working. The location was definitely convenient and walking distance to Disneyland

There was mold in the bathroom and the toilet, the floor from the bathroom was dirty. I asked for extra blankets and they said they had to see if they had enough and then never got back to me, i called front desk and they said if i wanted one I’d have to come down to get it myself. For this to be a “Disney neighborhood hotel” it was awful. I don’t know how it was able to become one. Staff was not attentive at all. The elevator was dirty was well.
