So first and foremost when we got there they informed us the water was off so my question was how long will it be off and how long had it been off we were informed since the day before so why didn’t anyone reach out and call us to let us know so we could of booked another hotel in a timely manner. Then we are asking questions and the hostess it was a female she was rude and seemed to didn’t want to help us. Then they told us our room was not available so how we book and the room is not available so confused so they said they could upgrade us she we said can we see what the room looks like and we did and we agreed to the upgrade but what we didn’t check was the bathroom. So we got my disabled mother upstairs and in the room then we went to Disney then she calls us to inform us the water is back on but there is no hot water and the sink was broken so we had to cut our Disney night short to handle this so we went to the front desk and there was a nice young lady working And she immediately said we can switch your rooms so she did. We switched room it was late and we were tired we went to bed and woke up the next day to discover the shower head was broken and it hit my 4 year old daughter on the head my daughter was crying and so scared to even use the bathroom and get in the shower so we ended up checking out early and going elsewhere because it was the worst hotel experience. The shower water kept going from hot to cold and it hitting my daughter in the head was unacceptable

I wanted to like this hotel so bad. 2 days without running water so no showers and no toilets ruined our whole stay. The staff was very nice and I felt bad that they were getting yelled at. Our first room smelt like mildew really bad so we had to move rooms and it was all down hill from there. We ended up getting a full refunded and moved hotels.

My only issue is the shuttle to Disneyland was not a shuttle. The desk staff pointed us to the city bus system. The shuttle was one of the reasons why we stayed at the hotel.

The water was shut off for >24hrs. Management did not tell us, our toilets just stopped flushing. No real communication from staff. When at the front desk I got 4 different answers on refunding status and when the water will return so we could determine if we should book somewhere else. I understand it wasnt their fault the water was shut off- perhaps a more standard approach to communicating to guests? Hotels.com was amazing in getting us a refund for the days we stayed without running water.

Upon arrival (4pm check-in) we were told there was a plumbing issue, which was no running water and then no hot water. We understood but staff could have been more accommodating for the inconvenience. No accommodations were offered. We didn't have any other option so we had to stay there because we had plans to return to Disneyland that night. For this reason, not sure I'd recommend this hotel.

Nice room set up, great bathroom with a separate shower and tub. We really enjoyed the heated pools and water splash pads for our kiddos. We forgot our floats but ended up needing them because they have a super cool sloping pool that’s only 1 foot deep. Breakfast had a great variety but the menu doesn’t change. They had a pipe burst and the water had to be turned off. But they did what they could to remedy the situation and refund the days the water wasn’t working.

We booked tues-friday 4 guests. All was well until Thursday came along. We arrived back from the park went straight to the pool and i noticed it was super dirty and slides were down. Another guest told me the hotels water was out.No plumbing for 2 days! couldn't use the toilet, couldnt shower (soaked in dirty pool water)no water in the entire hotel. Breakfast was great 2 days in a row and then a bagel and fruit in the lobby due to no water.Pool was filthy due to no water,We brought food we can heat up in microwave but couldn't because it needed water so we had to DD ($130). No kind of compensation just a "sorry for the inconvenience" we had to go to starbucks to use the restroom! Told us cold water would be back thursday night and hot water would be back friday morning. It was not! We were out of water bottles so couldn't even brush our teeth. Horrible experience especially just an we are sorry. The entire hotel guests were angry.
