Hello there, My family and I spent our Thanksgiving and weekend there at Anaheim carriage Inn. Upon our arrival and unloading our car, we put our leftover food from cheesecake factory in the refrigerators. To our surprise the next morning, one of the refrigerators was not plugged in and all of my son’s food went bad. I normally don’t complain, but as you know, cheesecake factory isn’t the cheapest restaurant so therefore, we had about $60 worth of food spoil while we were. Additionally, we were told that our room would be cleaned the second day we were there. When we returned from Disneyland that afternoon, our room had not been cleaned. As a consumer and a business owner myself, I feel it’s important to give feedback where it is needed. Without it, we cannot make improvements. This wasn’t our first time staying there so I was a little disappointed at the outcome of the food issue mostly and think a partial refund is deserved. Thank you, Valerie Guillen

A lot further walk then they state along with not an easy transoportation to disney. Room are out dated and blankets and pillows were also. Was nice having the jr suite to break up the kids and parents/ sleeping arrangements for older and younger kiddos. Breakfast was hardly anything, they advertise better than what they offer for breakfast and parking.

Rooms were great to fit big family. Had three beds. Got both rooms side by side. Everyone was friendly. Don’t use soda machine, they charge $7 to your card on top of the drink. There is no phone number to call it is scratched off. All the office will tell you is to call the number on the machine. Everything else was good. Would stay there again.

This has very old furniture, mold in the bathroom. It's very rundown, I understand wanting to stay here because it is close to Disneyland, but I'd rather stay somewhere else and drive to Disneyland.
