Got to my room, it was below 55 degrees. Floor creaked because it wasn't installed correctly, its tile. Very loud walking anywhere on it. Once heat was working, woken up in the middle of the night because the fan was making noise, repeatedly every time it came on. Pool table has seen better days back a decade ago. Breakfast wasn't happening, the only thing edible was the sausages, and there wasn't very many of them and there was only 6 people there. Oatmeal and eggs looked like food poisioning waiting to happen. Glad i brought extra sandwiches. I have stayed in hotels for over 20 years for the railroad. This hotel would have been rated unacceptable. The only thing going for it was the employees were friendly and helpful, but they can't do much when management doesn't give them anything to work with.

My first time staying at a TRU hotel and I appreciated all the help from the staff, very friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast, good coffee! The hotel is located near many food options, good location. We will definitely use this hotel for future trips to Anderson. Good Job!

I thought all the staff were friendly and eager to make my stay pleasant. The location was quieter than the other facility I stayed in Saturday night. Clean--and just the right amount of amenities. I loved the color scheme and applaud the bright colors--not all earth tones as many other "stay" locations are adopting. I liked the privacy of being able to enter the building at a side location with immediate access to the elevators. Highly recommend Tru to other travelers.

Our room, with a king bed, was so small. There was no dresser to put clothes in. (We stayed for 4 nights) The floor was some sort of plastic, not wood or carpeted. We won’t be staying here again.

Parking felt safe, glad there was an extra entrance that we could use with our card in case you have to park in the back. Staff seemed friendly, just wish there were better breakfast options. There were different choices of eggs but no meat options for protein. Very basic breakfast menu, not a lot you could just grab and go. No muffins etc.

It's a beautiful hotel staff are friendly. However walls are thin, could not get to sleep. Kept hearing people walking up and down all night. Rooms are very small. 😞
