"Koukouli is in a wonderful location in the older part of Antibes, a few minutes walk from the market, restaurants and beaches. It has a "real home" feel (in contrast to many other company-managed short-term lets) and we found it delightful. There were lots of extras generously provided, including cooking essentials, books, beach towels and umbrellas, a shopping cart, and even toys and games for a child. Overall, the apartment was comfortable, clean and with all the facilities described. Where there were surprises, they were good ones. The outdoor veranda was a particular highlight, perfect for a sunny breakfast or catching a cooling evening breeze. Communication with the host was always quick and helpful."

"This hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk from the Old Town and many restaurants, shops, and attractions. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to each day. In the evenings, the restaurant was always busy with locals, which is usually a good sign that the food is excellent. We especially enjoyed returning to the hotel after a day of sightseeing to relax on the comfortable couches with a cup of chamomile tea. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very friendly throughout our stay. There is convenient parking nearby for approximately €27 per night. A couple of things to keep in mind: there is no elevator and no valet service, so guests need to carry their luggage up the stairs themselves. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again."

"Good value for this 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Very clean property and pool and garden. Excellent kitchen equipped for cooking and dining. Great dishwasher. Excellent location. Elevator broke down a lot. Had issues with persistent hot water in the kitchen and showers. Will be back!"
