"It’s in an excellent location near to the station that takes you to many places along the Cote D’Azur and near to the wonderful, sandy beaches of Juan-les-pins. The rooms are small, clean and comfortable. They serve a good self-service breakfast and they have a small courtyard and small pool to relax in. Staff are on hand and are helpful-worth a stay."

"Perfect location, just a quick stroll to the beach and JLP centre. Fantastic breakfast with made-to-order eggs and coffee, amazing smoked salmon, fresh juices, fruits and bread/pastries. Clean room with comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. The roof top terrace offers an amazing sunset view with great drinks and food (only had lunch). Great service whereby my room was ready for me already at 12.30 on arrival day (a bit lucky, probably due to just off-season). Did not use spa/pool/gym amenities so will not comment there. I was very pleased and will choose this hotel next time in JLP!"

"We would with hesitation say that this small boutique hotel is first class, the staff are warm, friendly and will do anything to make your stay comfortable, the rooms are cleaned daily. The location couldn't be better, 100 metres from the sea front and all the restaurants, as well as being only 15 minutes to the train station. The hotel is well worth a visit"
