Had a TV issue upon arrival, and Keshawn (front desk) was up to our room immediately, and-repaired the issue without delay. Keshawn also checked us into the hotel wherein again, we were treated with Iincredible courtesy and professionalism. Place is run down and needs to be updated. Elevator floor is filthy. Halls and carpet are dirty. WiFi kept throwing us off. TV selection was poor. Room was freezing.

Our staff has been staying at this property for several months. But recently, the state of the hotel has been making it impossible for us to continue staying there. The place is damp, and staff have reported to us mildew as well. Seems like the hotel is currently trying to complete a "refurbishment" by slapping a coat of paint, etc., also, making it unbearable to stay overnight due to the overwhelming fumes of paint and construction materials.

Our room had pink mold in the corner of the bathtub. The cleaning person came in and made the bed but didn't fluff the pillows. We had problems with the room key. Most of the time we were there it wouldn't work. I was very disappointed with this hotel. I know that they were doing renovations, but the things I had issue with had nothing to do with that.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating The rooms were very clean (newly renovated) the 1st floor and lobby are still under construction. We were in the area for a reunion and and the hotel was full. I would highly recommend. Service was amazing, property was kept up.
