Surrounded by towering trees, the treehouse provides a unique experience year round—from relaxing in the hot-tub on a snowy night, to stargazing by the campfire. The treehouse is always stocked with waffle mix & homemade frozen cookies. We can’t wait to host you!

There is just something special about being up in the trees, completely surrounded by nature. It’s a magical experience, and one that you won’t soon forget. Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in the trees? Isn’t it time that you went out on a limb and tried something new?

Yes, the treehouse is small, but you will find that nothing is lacking, and no detail has been overlooked. You will have all that you need to create the perfect country getaway: privacy, peace, and thoughtful personal touches. Start your day with a delicious make-your-own buttermilk waffle – we provide all of the ingredients, right down to the local maple syrup! Take a walk through the beautiful meadow, and enjoy your morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs (there is a good chance you’ll see some white-tailed deer or wild turkeys as you sip). Build a fire in the fire pit, have a stargazing soak in the hot tub, or do some bird watching from the loveseat! Just know that once you arrive, you won’t ever want to leave. The treehouse is best suited for couples looking for a romantic getaway, or a single party seeking solitude and time to themselves. Two guests maximum, please. In addition, the treehouse has many delicate and custom features, and for this reason, unfortunately children and pets are not allowed.

Please note that the treehouse sits at the top of a steep hill. There is a long set of exterior steps heading up to it from the driveway. There is also a spiral staircase within the treehouse that leads to the loft bedroom. If you are someone with hip or knee problems, or struggle for whatever reason with physical activity, this locale may not be the best choice for you.

**Winter Considerations: a propane wall heater on a thermostat will keep you warm and toasty in the colder months. Should we have snow and/or ice prior to your stay, the driveway, exterior steps, and pathway to the treehouse will be cleared and sanded in anticipation of your arrival. Should inclement weather occur DURING your stay, we will clear the area of snow (if more than three inches) and/or ice at a mutually agreed-upon time. We try to balance our guests' privacy with the need for winter maintenance and guest safety.
