Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review! Primarily and for most important l, we found a bed bug crawling across the bathroom floor, i got it with toilet paper, took pictures of it and put it in a trash bag and took it to the front desk. Front desk said the manager would call us but in the mean time they switched our room. The second room was more updated and as far as we could see (no bites) there were no bugs. The manager, after 2 days of going to the front desk, finally called and literally said “i don’t know why you think it’s a bed bug, I know it’s not” “we don’t have bed bugs” I said “I took it to the desk in a bag and took pictures” manager proceeded to basically make me feel like I don’t know what I’m talking about and that i am stupid. Offered a discount(which we never got) and charged us more for the last 2 days we stayed! The situation was handled poorly and very unprofessional! I 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND BAYMONT BY WYNDHAM QUEENSBURY/LAKE GEORGE NY

The hotel is ideally located, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The indoor pool is great and the Continental breakfast is simple but still a good perk. The staff at the front desk is friendly. I always have a great stay here when I need a comfortable and affordable place to stay when I have to go to Saratoga for business.

Don’t stay here

I tried to cancel after the first night. Hard to find people at the front desk. They left two numbers to call. No answer at either number. Breakfast area had terrible choices and stale products. Garbage in the parking lot for a couple of days. No cleaning service for the 3 nights.

Alright hotel; great staff

I had multiple problems with my room key card not working and it had to be replaced a few times. There was no elevator that I was aware of. The breakfast bar was minimal and the bagels were stale. You can see somewhere at the facility with paint chipping off and stands on carpet. However, the room itself seems very clean and was comfortable. And the stuff was extraordinarily nice and helpful. It seems they are minimally staffed as most hotels are these days.

The property for the price was great. The room was good .. air conditioned and clean. There was a microwave and mini fridge. Also tv and ironing board and appliance. Others than wishful thinkin for eggs at breakfast. It was great.
