This motel was the most disgustingly gross place I have ever been to. There was a sheet draped over the mattress (who knows how old it was) Cobwebs hanging over the bed The floor had not been cleaned since the place was built The shower curtain had mold on it😳 The pictures on Travelocity showed a nice place— definitely not so in reality They should be ashamed of themselves for the false advertising The right thing should be to refund us something So disappointing Feel free to contact me Very disappointed

The rooms are small beds are not comfortable and they put just sheets on the bed so really no blankets. People were very noisy very early in the morning. Did not expect on how the hotel would look like the parking was horrible to find

Tables are set up directly outside your window in which we had people who were hanging out smoking cigarettes, the smell came right through the door. Everything is so close the smoking crew had to move their feet so we could get into our room. The room seeemed very clean inside, could use updating as there were some holes in the wall, and they were extremly small. All in all it wasn't terrible.

I was a little nervous going in because it had very mixed reviews but it was great. Close access to everything at an amazing price point. Pool was lovely. Never went to the breakfast so not sure how that was because I saw some complaints about that. Really no complaints and I would stay again. Rooms are small but everything was to be expected and as advertised.

We picked this place for the proximity to the downtown so that we could walk around. It was very close - only a few minutes from the main area. The motel itself was a little run down. The room smelled like cleaning supplies but felt a little grimy/sticky. The amenities inside the room were good and in working order. It was an ok place to stop over on our route.

Tolerable

Howard Johnson was not good, but it was tolerable. Thin walls where conversations and walking could be heard, a squeaking door that wakes up the whole room, a window that barely locks, and upstairs tenets sounded like they were jackhammering through the floor, no tissues, one room smelled like mildew, and one room smelled like urine. When the smell of urine was discussed at check out, the person didn’t seem to care and tried to say it was pine sol. When I checked in they said they had been calling me to check on my arrival, but I never received a call or had any missed calls. The location in Lake George is the best part, but the layout of the property is odd.

I absolutely loved the staff! Extra friendly, fast, professional, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome!!! The room was very clean! I didn't like the plumbing fixtures. They were loose but still workable. Definitely not something to complain about. The service at the front desk, all other employees made me forgot about it! I will definitely be coming back!
