Beautiful Finca "Son Quillot 1" with swimming pool and garden

The comfort finca Son Quillot 1 is situated on a plot of land of approx. 15,000 sqm in an absolutely quiet environment. From the pool terrace, you can see far across the fields to the Tramuntana mountains. The chic natural stone finca was completed at the end of March 2022 and was equipped with modern building services. Nothing is missing here. Both on the terraces and in the furnishing of the living rooms, attention was paid to quality. Comfortable seating furniture and comfortable beds welcome the holiday guest. A highlight of the finca is certainly the heated outdoor pool. Whether in winter or at the time of the almond blossom, at Pura Vida Petit you can enjoy a warm pool all year round. There is an activation fee and a daily rate for the use of the pool. To use this service, notification is required at least 8 days in advance. We recommend that you ask for prices before your arrival in case of changes due to the energy crisis. Tense muscles will look forward to the integrated yacuzzi or the water fountain.

The finca offers 6 people plenty of space and privacy. The architect has done a great job and created an appealing room concept. A large living room with floor-to-ceiling windows is flooded with light even in winter. The integrated modern fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you reach the entrance area of the finca with natural stone wall and exit to the cellar with underground garage. From the entrance area you reach the bedroom wing, from which 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom en suite lead off. All bedrooms have comfortable mattresses, built-in wardrobes and a ground-level exit to the terrace.



Upon previous request, a baby set (cot + high chair) can be provided at this finca for free.



A second baby set (cot + high chair) can be provided at this property for an extra cost (please contact the host in advance). The amount is to be paid in cash on site.



The optional use of the pool heating is payable in cash on site (please contact the host in advance to know the costs). The pool heater must be requested one week before arrival.
